Clean room and friendly staff

Old but maintained well. Quiet and easy

The hotel has a sewage smell that was very off-putting. It was dirty and old with little care and/or attention to improve it. The town in which it sits is a ‘dying area’ with nowhere to go nearby. A couple of nice staff members worked here but overall it was very, very disappointing.

We booked two rooms. One was in decent condition although not a 4 star caliber, but overall decent. The second room looked like a completely different hotel, a one star moțel. Old, cramped, dirty, musty, and overall terrible. I asked the front desk to change the room, but they refused. They just brought new sheets. Terrible experience.

Wonderful hotel to stay at. Amazing meals I would give it 5*. The hotel needs a little updating. A little TLC. I enjoyed the spa area but would have liked to see a nicer outdoor pool area Friendliest staff I have ever met.

I booked the same day of arrival…they were ready for me, accommodating and very friendly. They have a spa so I splurged with a massage…fabulous. I’m surprised this hotel doesn’t have an “excellent “ rating…they should!

It's a lovely hotel and the spa is good. Nice atmosphere and easy check in. Pool is small but perfectly adequate for a spa. The breakfast was nice, but mostly cakes and pastries, a boiled egg would have been nice. The room was too hot and though we called reception twice and 2 men came to look at it, in the end they weren't able to fix the problem. This interrupted our sleep. Also the toilet wouldn't stop flushing. Noisy. We would definitely stay again as on the whole the experience was good.

great location next to old town walls and restaurants. Small parking lot. Large room but once inside air felt a bit moldy. Room quite clean but old. bathroom not the best either. way past its heyday

エレベーター壊れている 受付の態度悪い

エレベーターが壊れていて6階まで重い荷物を持って階段を上がるのは辛い。 レセプションの方の対応が雑。

設備が古い　景色が無い

Colazione eccezionale ben assortita tra dolce, salato e frutta. E soprattutto di qualità. Purtroppo non c'è stato tempo per apprezzare la Spa.

Esternamente l’hotel sembra lasciato andare. Dentro invece molto bello

Camera spaziosa e silenziosa, posizione tranquilla ma struttura un po’ datata. Colazione buona ma con poca scelta

Stanza 203: Clima guasto. Bella la SPA anche se alcuni trattamenti risultavano guasti o chiusi.
