Delightful staff and charming hotel.

Great location to enjoy the Byzantine basilica and surrounding sights of Ravenna. Breakfast was a good selection of food and the caffe americano was perfect.

Top spot for your stay in Ravenna. Staff is wonderful and the property is beautiful. Lovely courtyard out back and centralized location.

The hotel was clean and well-run. Our room on the top floor was quiet and had a nice view of the garden. Our bed was very comfortable, so we got a much-needed good night of sleep. One notable feature was the breakfast provided by the hotel. It was superb, with a wide range of dishes to meet any taste. We felt the hotel went above and beyond in May areas and made our stay in Ravenna an enjoyable one.

Second visit to this hotel. Great friendly staff especially the manager and Miguel who is so helpful and professional and checked us in late in the evening and was back at his desk at 8am next morning. Delicious buffet breakfast and good selection of restaurants nearby and the local market. Great location

It is not a 4 star hotel. Very simple

It was a great place to stay … we booked and paid extra for a large one bedroom with sleeper sofa in living room and the they demanded $30 per night to use it. It was absolutely insane.

Very clean hotel in the heart of Ravenna. Staff was friendly and the complimentary breakfast was good. This was the perfect hotel to stay 1 night prior to embarking on our cruise leaving from Ravenna.

The location is perfect, and the staff was soooo friendly and helpful... it was WOW. It's Ravenna, so it is an older facility, but was very clean. This was a really good value for the money.

As soon as we walked in, they were helpful, offered suggestions, and made our stay perfect! Highly recommend. Breakfast was very good and it was centrally located so that we could do a bit of sightseeing before getting on our cruise.
