It was our first time in Cavi, the hotel was amazing the staff with very friendly and professional. The breakfast was very pleasant and everything about in the room was fantastic. The only issue we weren’t too happy with was the beach club but that’s not the hotel the people were not helpful or friendly they could learn a lesson from the hotel on how to treat customers.

The hotel over promotes itself and under delivers. The pic is of the beach, the hotel is well back from the beach in fact across the road, across the railway line and 2 rows buildings away. I could not enjoy the even if I had one as my window shutter was stuck down. Good thing I was passing through and arrived late and left early. If I stayed for a summer holiday I would be very disappointed. And the breakfast was poor. Sure its a 3 Star and the price reflects that big but honestly the condition is a 2 Star and it does live up to the image it portrays. I would only stay again if I was desperate. However, the staff were attentive and helpful and give good and thorough responses to questions about the area.

Very friendly staff and great service. Only stayed one night due to husband having business meeting close by. 5 min walk to the shingle beach. Room was clean and comfortable, the shower however was tiny. We didn’t explore the town.

Fantastic. Can't fault it. Rooms light and airy. Fridge in room to help keep drinks cold in room. Beautiful sun terrace only thing missing is a pool but as hotel only 100m walk to beach not needed. Staff welcoming and service for 4 star than 3. Breakfast very adequate for all appetites. Only down side is bed a bit hard for us.

I would say on a star rating it is probably a 3.8 as the room was very basic, however the staff were a 5/5 which made it very personable. The are is very nice and friendly

In the middle of the night we awoke to the shutters crashing down. The rooms are very small, the shower is minuscule, I weigh 115 pounds , 5 ft 4 inches and I had problems showering, kept running into the lever and blasting myself with cold, or hot water. The bathroom sink had a crack in it, and water was leaking on the bathroom floor from the Radiator in the corner of the bathroom we had to put a towel on top to stop the water from running on the floor and avoid a potential fall. The staff are very friendly, and they moved us to another room, but the other room the shower head was broken,we ended up just staying, it was not worth moving again.

We booked this hotel thinking it was near Portofino since it showed up when we searched in Portofino. It was not really close in proximity or class but turned out to be a good value when just passing through with a super helpful staff. Breakfast was also very nice.

Personnel à l'écoute, sympatique, souriant. Chambre minimaliste mais propre. Plage à côté. Proximité du centre.
