Foi decepcionante, nunca tinha passado por tal constrangimento, primeiro ar condicionado nao estavam funcionando o atendente da noite tentou me mudar de quarto mais todos o que ele tentava nao funcionava! O frigobar tambem nao funcionava, tinha chocolotates, aguas que havia comprado, pate para sanduiche e nao consegui colocar na geladeria, horrivel, o atendimento pela manha quando fui comentar sobre o ar condicionado a moça se achando toda na razao, disse que é uma Lei Municipal que nao precisa mais do ar condicionado, mais para vender na plataforma, eles colocam o ar condicionado como um diferencial de venda e tambem o frigobar! E nao é isso que acontece. A parede do 502 da janela, porque tive que deixar aberta por falta do ar, estava toda embolorada! O café da manha que nao estava incluso, fomos ver para pagar a parte, mais 20 euros o casal pelas opcoes servidas é um abuso. Muito ruim. pouca opacao. Triste. Nem foto tive vontade de tirar, por toda a decepcao.

Non è la prima volta che utilizzo questa struttura ed anche stavolta tutto ok come in precedenza. Una novità è il servizio ristorante che in passato non era disponibile. Vengono offerti diversi piatti di ottima fattura e qualità.

Struttura moderna posizionata in prossimità dell'uscita dell'autostrada con ampio parcheggio. Personale gentilissimo e disponibile, camere molto spaziose e dotate di tutti i comfort, ben insonorizzate e molto pulite. Discreta la prima colazione.

Very unfriendly staff wouldn't stay again, and no toiletries or soap

Heading from Venice to Rome and this was a good place to stop for first night (got away late). Convenient to autostrada so no wasted time. Very good staff and comfortable room.

The hotel has a perfect location close to the motorway, which is convenient. Moreover it has a high standard throughout. We were welcomed by friendly staff in reception and the room was clean and comfortable. We have visited the hotel before and each time we have experienced the same high level of service, comfort and easy access.

We wanted to visit Ferrara but did not fancy staying in the city itself which is so very busy. This hotel about 7 miles away suited us well: the only problem we encountered was that on one day too many people wanted breakfast at the same time and the staff could not cope - nor were their enough place settings: the following day another area had been opened to increase capacity.
