The staff were very friendly and welcoming during our whole stay. The room was honestly okay. Our room specifically didn’t have a coffee maker, an added amenity you would expect to have at a 3 star hotel. Our trash was not taken out for two days & started to overflow. Our glasses were not replaced at all. We had to go down to the bar to get new glasses every day. Other than that, the hotel was in a great location and very close to the metro.

We only stayed here one night, but we liked that we could walk to the palace and one of the cathedrals. The neighborhood felt more local and not very touristy.

Clean & excellent housekeeping. Restaurant in hotel makes a big difference; close to Plaza Mayor & bus access just around the corner. 1.50 euro takes you to La Latina, plaza mayor & on the other side to plaza España, gran via.

The hotel is conveniently located. They have a cafeteria that served lovely food. The room was spacious and beautiful.

Excelente hotel, muy accesible a todo.

They don’t accommodate any late check out, any extra check out time even one hour is charged!

Lovey hotel Perfect location for us Friendly staff We could not hear any outside noise but could here everything from the hall was and the room above us when they returned at 2.30 am
