Excellent stay overall. The hotel has a great location, very convenient and close to everything. The experience from start to finish was very good, and the staff made me feel welcome. Definitely a place I would return to without hesitation if I have the opportunity to visit Madrid again.

There was no shuttle. Flat rate of 33 Euros by taxi. Location was great, staff was super nice. Overhead shower was broken, so had to use the hand sprayer. Beds were really firm. Best feature was that they held the luggage for a few hours before and after check in and out, which we needed.

This is right next to the Puerto de Sol, and nearby the Plaza Mayor, an excellent location for enjoying the city center and restaurants. There is also metro stations close. Price was reasonable. Would recommend and stay again.

A perfect location to enjoy the old city of Madrid, right next to Puerto Del Sol and nearby Plaza Major and the Theatre District. The elevator was a bit of a problem; otherwise the rooms were pleasant; clean and comfortable. Would book our stay there again.

El hostal limpio ,el guardia de la puerta muy amable, las habitaciones aceptables, esta perfecto para unas vacaciones donde se quiera conocer la ciudad porque tiene una buena localización.,en los alrededores lugares donde comer .para mi familia y para mi estuvo muy bien.

Reception staff on arrival and duration unfriendly and unhelpful. When leaving new receptionist was OK. Mattress on bed was collapsing on on one side,which made it difficult to sleep I reported this to the receptionist. Room cleaner did the best they could. Unfortunately I had to manage with discomfort for the duration of my stay

Location was perfect. Centered around restaurants and placed to visit. Easy to walk around. What was concerning was the strings of hair on the sheets, blankets and the room floor.

Was placed in the Annex but it was safe and clean

We were assigned to a different building across from the hotel. The place was really old, old elevator that broke down, staff unavailable at front desk in the evening. Had to contact them thru WhatsApp. WiFi terrible. Would not stay here again

Very simple , just a place to sleep and take a shower in the Madrid City center .

The pictures are deceptive - that is the hallway at the front door - the hotel is nothing more than a glorified hostel for families. The bathroom was so small that one person could not comfortably be in it! The floor was dirty. It was very noisy at night outside. The price was outrageous for the quality of this hotel. I do not recommend this hotel for anyone!

Air conditioning is not cold not, open the window so the air will circulate inside the room. Outside is noisy you can hear all the sound from inside your room. Breakfast is good.

Internet is not properly working.

Rooms are too small. Rest locally and ambience is excellent
