The hotel was quiet, clean and very central to many attractions in Paris. I was a solo traveller and felt safe. The staff were friendly and kind.

I would stay there again.

This hotel was very convenient for a one night stay. The interior of the property could use an upgrade but it was not bad. The front desk staff were all very friendly, welcoming, and attentive.

Close to metro, comfortable

The lift was very small but overall i had a great stay. I found the men to be more friendly and approachable for questions than the lady. She was not approachable and she did not have a smile.

Very friendly staff, hotel in a great location near Bastille and Gare du Lyon; plenty of restaurants nearby too. The room was a good size and comfortable; would recommend.

I don’t remember their names- but to the gentleman that helped with check-in and check-out- thank you for making it stress free! And for the help with a taxi when the original driver was a no show- really appreciated this.

Amazing experience

Truly awesome place! Great location, super super close to the metro but also in a very walkable part of the city. Very kind and attentive staff. I didn’t do the breakfast, but only because there was so much awesome dining nearby. Would certainly stay here again. Only thing is the bedding itself was not super comfortable. Mattress was nice but the sheets weren’t amazing.

The room is okay.

The hotel is ideally located. Buses and metro very close. Bus directly to Gare du Nord or Roissybus. Opposite Opera Bastille. Bars, cafes, restaurants nearby. Staff professional and friendly. Breakfast fine.

Was good, friendly

The location was excellent - only a block away from the metro stop Bastille and 2 blocks from the monument and plaza of the same name. The front desk was very helpful in finding a local laundry service that could turnaround our clothes within 48 hours - something not that common we learned.

Clean room, good location. Just your average hotel for the money - nothing bad, nothing exceptional.
