Perfect location, clean room, beautiful view from the balcony. Would definitely stay here again.

Excellent location. Walked to both Eiffel Tower and Arc d' triumph. Lovely cafes nearby. Room was small but clean and comfortable. Very quiet.

The room was impressive and clean, the staff was most certainly the best part of the experience and made the entire trip amazing. The only area to be improved is the mini fridge did not work but the staff acted immediately and got it fixed. The AC had issues as first but the staff got it corrected quickly. We loved how close the location was to the main attractions. This will be our go to location next time we come to Paris.

We loved the property! The breakfast was great and so was the AC as we stayed during the heat wave. Everyone was very helpful and friendly. Great location too!

The entire staff were extremely accommodating and friendly. The elevator was broken on our arrival but was repaired 30 hours later. Otherwise I would’ve rated it all 5s

Nice hotel

We arrived a day late to this hotel bc we misjudged the dates as we were traveling from North America. I was able to get a hold of the hotel and explain what happened - they did charge me for the night missed (understandable) and confirmed to me that my room was still available as I paid for it (missed the cancelation window). When I get there the elevator wasn't working & Angelica in the front was being quite shady mentioning how we may have to wait if our room isnt ready. We questioned that because why would our room not be ready given we paid for it already and you knew of our arrival? She ended up saying oh yes you are right, sorry didnt mean to say that. When we climb up 4 stairs flight, we get into our room and realize its not the room we paid for (we paid & got charged for triple deluxe suite and got superior room). I go downstairs and ask her about this to understand what's going on and she says " OH you did a bad thing not showing up madame. We gave up your room this morning as we marked you as no show." I told her ok but I need a refund then bc I paid for a more expensive room. She refused and I asked to speak to the manager. Once she spoke to the manager they agreed and told us " you can get fully refunded if you want to leave". Worst customer service! Lies and honestly the room did not smell clean either. We asked to be treated fairly but got treated like garbage bc we accidentally missed our days. I would not recommend. Plenty of better places around the corner!

Amazing location, friendly staff.

I reserved a room for 3. When we got there we were told we had reserved a room for 2. I am POSITIVE I reserved for 3. They were full. We also were told that he had a room for 3 but couldn’t reach the person who reserved it who was one person.

Rooms were small but clean. Excellent location. The hotel staff were all kind and helpful. We had one staff member help us with a restaurant reservation where we couldn't get a hold of the restaurant ourselves.

Room was well maintained snd spascious

Perfectly clean room with friendly staff eager to make stay as you need. Within easy reach of sights and an amazing restaurant a few steps away for food or a nice drink. Amazing few days
