A middle aged lady at reception was rude and didn’t care about the guests.

Small hotel, clean, 2 min from Arch Triumph and Champs Elysees and yet located in a quiet street. Hundreds of eatering options around, all prices. Tour Eiffel at 30-40 min walking but you have subway stn across the street from hotel. Excellent location. Breakfast OK but it's a blessing with the prices in Paris.

This was a fantastic hotel located on the heart of Lisbon, the staff was very friendly and accommodating, rooms were spacious and clean, would recommend Browns Boutique for sure!

Great location! The arch was steps away and the walk to the Eiffel Tower was just over half hour. Very close to train station and subway making it easy to get in and out of town. The train from the airport was easy to navigate to here. Room was clean and staff were great! We would stay again!

The hotel is spotelss and very convenient for the Metro (Argentine) and walking around the Etoile area. The staff are very kind and helpful. The only issue with the facilities is the towels, which need to be changed. Overall, it is a superb hotel and we will stay again.

Great service and very clean place !!!

A short 2 night stay but perfect room for me and my daughter as a place to get our heads down at night as we were barely in the hotel. Staff at the desk really friendly and rooms were clean and comfortable. Was also able to leave our luggage safely before getting our eurostar back later in the day. Would definitely consider staying here again if we return to Paris

great location to the sights

Good location, small rooms, but clean and well kept. Air conditioning worked well and low noise level. Breakfast has limited variety and a very tight space. Difficult to communicate with restaurant staff and ordering paid extra items can be challenging. Elevator stopped working at check out making it challenging to bring the heavy suitcases down several floors.
