Safe clean professional close to everything staff helpful

Easy to locate. Very small room no place to put luggage.

Very clean. Had a ground floor room with disabled bathroom, very roomy.

The hotel was a great location for our activities in Paris. Staff was very helpful for all our needs. Transportation nearby. Very clean.

My 14-year old son and I stayed here as we explored nearby areas and it was awesome! Great room at a great price. The rooms are smallish but this allowed us to explore Paris. While smallish the rooms were plenty big for my son and I and the place was clean. Thank you for clean :)

Small but comfortable. Right next to the subway station. Staff was very friendly. Breakfast was very good.

Pros: Quaint, convenient location to eateries and train. Cons: Lift can only fit 1 person and 1 bag at a time. The night desk staff member was friendly and helpful. The morning staff member was not. Fire alarm went off in the hotel and he accused me of smoking in the room. I told him I don't smoke and it might have been my hair straightener. He continued to argue and accuse me of lying. Eventually he threw up his hands and walked away and left me in tears. He was silent when we checked out, offering no further conversation or apology. Don't really think hotel staff should accuse you of lying and make you cry. I hope you don't treat all your guests like this.

Great location near a metro station and near restaurants, shopping, and tourist spots.

Always love coming back - evening desk was a bit short and uninformed - passing the buck to the next morning crew... otherwise, always enjoyable and good value. *beware the tiny rooms make for sound carrying - I received a call to lower my Netflix 😳

Excellent 3 Star property in the arts et metiers area. Clean and convenient. Close to metro arts et metiers as well as a short walk to Pompidou museum and the marais. Hotel de ville and Notre Dame are within 30 min walk as is the Louvre. Picasso museum in marais is 15-20 Awesome Staff - cozy and comfy place - clean and good value

The room was the smallest i ever stayed in. The hotel refused to give us 2 keys only 1 for 2 people and the worst: wouldnt refund my payment when i asked to leave

really cute room/ decorations. small room but we managed. Loved the decorations, seems like it was newly renovated, pretty cozy. Safe neighborhood in a local area of town. So close to the Metro station. Loved our stay.

It's a small boutique hotel. Staff is nice. The room size is pretty small, but clean. It's strategically located near metro stops and access to shops. The lift is very small. It is well suited for folks who want to spend the day outside and jump come to hotel to sleep. There is nothing inside the hotel that will keep you occupied.

I loved this very cozy hotel! It’s a little off the beaten track from the noise and energy of the Marais, which made it a quiet and restful stay. Beware: Most of the employees do not speak English, so bring your phrase book with you!-:)

Austin's Arts et Metiers Hotel is in an excellent location, has a friendly and helpful staff and has well maintained and clean rooms. I totally met our needs.
