Room booked because it supposedly had air-conditioning which it had for only one day. We booked it for six nights. Also air-conditioning is preset and you cannot adjust. It was set for 78 degrees fahrenheit. Temperature outside was 93 degrees. Room was very clean.

Our room was very clean. Although it was very compact, it was functional as a place to sleep. The a/c was much appreciated! We did not opt for breakfast, nor were we actually given information about it until we asked. Safe in room was also appreciated. Location is great. Close to two tube stations. Nice neighborhood with a grocery store (M&S) right at the end of the street.

Great location near the tube station. Staff were friendly, rooms were modern and clean. Check-in was smooth. Oh, and it was air conditioned, which was a huge plus. There were one or two minor maintenance items needing attention, (light flickering when dimmed, mirror loose) which is a shame considering how clean and nice the rooms are. Given everything plus the reasonable price, I would choose to stay here again.

The staff was lovely and the location was fantastic.. would definitely recommend booking a hotel in this area. With that being said we were not able to control the room temp and it was freezing and the room smelled of mold. There were also so issues with outlets on the room. Additionally the location of the room may have been under a stairwell because it was extremely noisy. Would not stay here again for that price.

Stay elsewhere. This property consists of four buildings and number 12, with the name of the hotel on the awning, is not the one where you check in. We lugged suitcases up the front steps to discover the note stating we check-in at number 16. We hauled our luggage down again and up the steps to building 16 only to be informed that our room was back in building 12. No apologies or help was offered from the staff. The hotel advertises air conditioning but it did not work while we were there. The staff was rude when notified of the outage and said they would turn it on at the main panel. We left for a play, returned at 11pm and the room was still the same. A worker came to check on it and confirmed there was no air blowing. He brought a portable AC unit that was a water cooling fan. It was after midnight and he said that this is all they could do and we could not move rooms. We sweat all night. The excuse given was that they were a green hotel and that the door could tell when guests left and the air would turn off. The door also could not tell when guests were in the room. At midnight they said that a price adjustment would be made in the morning by visiting with management but in the morning they said that email was the only option. The response email was all snarky excuses and no refunds. I wish the number count would allow me to share it. There are 1000s of hotels in London and dozens in the Earl's Court area. Do not stay at this hotel. They do not want your business.

Well, the room was very small, but it was clean and the bed was comfortable. The only complaints is that had to ask for an extra sheet twice and two times there was no hot water - after six in the evening and the next morning. When I called the front desk, it was like the guy thought I was making it up! He offered to have someone come and show me how to turn on the tap! I assured him I knew how to do that even though I’m from Canada. LOL I was disappointed that he didn’t believe me!! The location was great - close to Earls Court Station, lots of restaurants and pubs!

Great stay, hotel exceeded my expectations. Beds very comfortable and air conditioning worked very well. Shower was great. Location is excellent, 2/3 min walk from Earls Court tube station. Lots of restaurants, pubs, supermarkets and fast food places within 5 mins walk. Would definitely stay here again next time I’m in London.

Room 219 was perfect for us for 2 nights in the July heat. Great location around the corner from Earls Court tube and the air-con was just what was needed after our trips around London.

The only (very slight!) inconvenience was the barrier to autos that prevent taxis or paid transport from driving directly to the front of the entrance. If raining, it might be a bit inconvenient for some. It’s about a short block to the entrance. Otherwise, a very enjoyable and well maintained hotel with very helpful staff. Prepare to eat out, as the in-house restaurant is pretty mediocre.
