Wonderful

The receptionist doesn't know how to check reservetions in the computer so we had to pay twice for the room. First time we paid on internet the second time in the hotel. This person just speaks Italian.

Hotel is in a great central location with car parking across the road. Rooms are elegant with classic furniture. Overall great value for money in a good location. Would stay again.

Very nice and comfortable hotel. Air con worked well, very clean and individually designed rooms. A nice change from hotel chains. Did not have breakfast there but plenty of cafes to choose from nearby. Multi-storey car park opposite a little pricey. 21euros.

Tricky and slow staff. AC did not work in the first two rooms I was given, so I spent the first day in San Remo at the hotel lobby waiting for the problem to be fixed. Only at 10pm they gave me another room even when it had been available since I arrived at noon. The temperature that day was 94 F. Look away before you even think about staying in this hotel.

Stayed with my family only for 1 night but was impressed with the city and the friendliness of the people living there. Hotel staff were very friendly, helpful and professional.

Not a bad deal at all! The people were unbelievably helpful. He even carried in my suitcase! The rooms are decorated nicely. Our room was unfortunate in that the air conditioner made noises all night, even once we turned it off, and then the bathroom had horrible sewer smell. Beds are not comfortable, but after 4 hotels in italy, that is normal. Would stay again, just for a night if needed.

Central location clean room and comfortable even if there werre 3 of us sharing. Breakfast included which was substantial though the dining room was a bit squeezy. Friendly helpful staff.

La struttura vicinissima ad un parcheggio auto coperto. L'incontro con il signore alla reception molto buono per gentilezza e disponibilità a interessarsi per il servizio in camera della nostra cena.

El hotel no esta mal, pero fuera de temporada no tiene los servicios q anuncian, el mando de la tv no tenia bateria, no nos dieron la clave de internet, nos llamaron antes de las 20:00 para cobrarnos por telefono, q segun ellos se especificaba en la web cuando en la pagina de hotels no decia nada. Y no habia agua caliente

Sehr gut gelegenes kleines Hotel im Zentrum. Sehr freundliches Personal, sehr sauberes Zimmer und gute Betten, dazu reichhaltiges Frühstücksbuffet. Erfüllt absolut den Zweck eines ruhigen Stadthotels.

Slitet. Bilderna mycket bättre än verkligheten!

Trevligt och vänligt hotell med väldigt bra läge i San Remo nära hamnen och stora gågatan. Rent och fint.

Les plus : - Accueil très pro même à 3h du matin - La chambre propre avec déco récente - Bien situé en centre ville Les moins : - On vous demande de quitter votre chambre pour 10h00. - la TV minuscule même pas en face du lit Sentiment positif tout de même.

L'hotel gode di una posizione strategica per il centro e per il porto. La camera era pulita e la colazione buona. Consigliato.
