Nice, clean, very comfortable, but there is no elevator. So far, it is very good for the price. It is close to everywhere, buses and metro, and the Paris Tower is also on foot.

The rooms are ok with the right price. The location is also quite strategic. But what is very unpleasant is that access to the room uses a small, winding staircase, making it difficult to carry a large suitcase. The elderly male receptionist was also very unfriendly.
