Perfect location, great staff

The location was perfect! Two blocks from the station and the beach and easy walk to old town. Reception staff very friendly and welcoming (we even got early check in). Room was very clean and the bed comfortable. But the room and hotel in general were a bit rundown and in need of some repairs and updating. Eg the window to our room wouldn’t close properly and we could not adjust the AC. But I would probably stay here again because for me the positives outweighed those few negatives.

Loved the receptionist, she booked me a ferry to saint tropez last minute and saved me several hundreds of dollars, so I didn’t take a taxi!! Loved the ferry too, short but sweet stay.

Pros: Cleanliness and location Cons: Tiny room. There is no restaurant inside the hotel nor in-room dining option.

Location was great. Staff very nice and hepful. Among the free toiletries, thete could have been a shower cap and a conditioner

I don’t think this hotel deserves the star rating it has received. The hotel in need of a refurbishment and I’d put it at about a 2 star max. Bathroom was clean however, but finishes quite old. Also poor acoustics between suites. Could hear the TV programme next door perfectly. As long as you know what you are getting that great, but sadly misrepresented on Expedia.

Hotel staff was friendly. The location of the hotel is excellent. However the standard of the rooms was not matching to the four star category of the Hotel.

Convenient hotel close to train station but not next to the busy streets, some noise at night but tolerable. Hotel staff were really nice and helpful. The room we had was very tiny so beware if you have big suitcases but otherwise very clean and with the essential amenities. Around 10 mins walk to beach, 5 mins walk to plenty of seafood restaurants and a bit further the old town.

the hotel is located on a small street, few blocks from the beach. If you are driving there is no place to stop the car to unload your luggage. We booked a room with king size bed, which was printed on our confirmation. The room we received did not have a king size bed and the hotel gave us a difficult time. Eventually then switched the rooms. Otherwise the stay was good
