Considering it's a 3-star hotel, it offers friendly, clean accommodations, a very good breakfast, and a friendly staff. Being close to the tramway makes it easy to get to various places.

Best location and Excellent Service

The staff were extremely helpful throughout our stay, recommending places to eat and visit. The property is close to all the popular areas in Nice, easily walkable and felt safe. Very good value for the money it cost and I would recommend it for a cost effective stay in Nice.

This is a great little hotel in a very convenient location, on a tram line that runs direct to the main railway station. The staff are so welcoming and helpful. They gave me excellent advice about what to see and where to eat. Great ambience, walkable to the port and the old city, and very comfortable.

The breakfast was very good & the staff was very friendly & helpful.

great staff, recomended places to visit for our short stay in Nice, so we do not loose time and see the best Nice has to offer. Room was small, but there was a balcony, so overall comfy stay. thank you will stay again.

The staff at the hotel were very kind and helpful. They gave us great ideas for looking around Nice. The room was small but clean and everything worked as it should. We used the parking but please note you need to contact the hotel and pre book this as spaces are very limited. I would stay again and recommend if staying in Nice for a few days.

Very nice hotel around the corner from the metro and walking distance to all attractions.

Whilst this is not the glitziest hotel it is by far the friendliest! For us visiting a city is having a clean bed, good service and nice food. Esprit ticks all of these boxes. The rooms are small but immaculately clean with everything you need. Nothing is too much trouble for the staff and they genuinely care about their guests. Breakfast is delicious and so reasonable - and again the dining area is kept so very clean. Highly recommend you visit if like us you are exploring the city and surrounding areas. Easy access to trains, buses and trams.

Situated in a walking area this hotel fit us for our needs. The room was large enough and had also a patio. It is a hotel room and so it won’t have a refrigerator. They only have 2-3 parking places in front of the hotel and you need to reserve in advance if you want to park your car in front of the hotel.

I like everting specially the people from the reception. They are very kind and helpful.

Low cost hotel close to city centre and transport with decent continental breakfast

Very friendly and helpful staff on reception, a comfortable room with a good climate control and powerful shower, great location for walking to the train station, old town and the port. My only criticism would be some elements of the room like the ceiling and furniture seem quite dated. Overall very happy with what I got for the price paid.

It is easily accessible. It is in the center of the town. From the airport you can take tram 2 and then about 10 minutes on foot.
