We stayed 23-27 April and food was varied and good. We stayed 4-8 May and there was half the amount of food displayed and quality was poor

No complaints at all - food was excellent, room was clean, evening entertainment was very good (live bands), service was good, very nice atmosphere to the hotel, we enjoyed our stay

We a family of 4 had a great stay at this hotel, spotless clean, the staff were amazing nothing too much trouble. We went half board breakfast was excellent alot of variety unfortunately evening meal not so much pretty much same thing each night so thats why not the full 5 star rate. Saying this would stay again but just B&B.

Amazing hotel and location. Pool is lovely. Stayed in so many hotels in Salou and this is my fave! The only issue is the walls are very thin and so sleep isn’t the best. We moved rooms due to a child screaming all night and parents playing with the child at 3am-5am in the morning!!! Staff were quick to move and sort but walls were very thin and we could hear guests in the other room just not at 3am!

Carlos in the front bar was very nice and we had a lot of fun in the evening playing pool

Reception was fantastic, very helpful. Hotel is a little tired. Pool area is nice, lobby and lobby bar a little stark. Roons are clean and comfy. The place is really nithing special but OK

Short stay. Staff were very helpful. Our room was certainly better than basic without being fancy. Nice balcony with pool view and a super powerful shower Salou surprised me at how nice a ton it was. The beach and esplanade area are open and clean.

Overall decent hotel. It’s centrally located; not far from the beach; pretty pool area; and wonderful breakfast. Lobby area and pool bar were very nice as well, and the rooms and common areas were very clean. The front desk staff and housekeeping were friendly and pleasant. Down sides: they nickel-and-dime you for simple items. For ex. you have to pay 10 euros cash-only refundable deposit per beach towel and 1 euro if you want a fresh one every day. If you lose the receipt, they will hassle you to refund the deposit. The room safe costs 3 euros to rent plus another refundable deposit. The rooms don’t have irons or ironing boards. Irons only can be rented at additional charge. The rooms were older and dated, with cheap furnishings, though I understand that other rooms had been updated somewhat. Nevertheless the beds and linens were comfortable.

Overall the property was excellent, the staff are very helpful and the enternainment team work very hard to make your're stay fun, breakfast was very good too, nice clean hotel.

First place I have been that has more sun loungers than people by the pool - excellent

Excellent! Close to the beach and restaurants very clean, comfortable beds and a good shower. Lots of choices for breakfast & the staff were polite & friendly. We stayed in a superior room for 4 nights and really enjoyed our stay.
