Clean room and friendly staff

Wonderful staff. Clean room. Incredible location.

The staff was very friendly. The room was very well cleaned. Hotel was only walking distance from the Plaza Mayor and Plaza del Sol. Very convenient.

Room was clean and acceptable for the one night we stayed there before leaving Madrid, but we had issues with our door lock that took way too long to resolve and involved us having to climb 3 flights of stairs 6 times before staff would come up with us to fix the issue. Was also hard to lug all the luggage up and down the stairs, and was not previously told this was how the accommodations were. Walls were very thin and could hear all of our neighbors all night as well as loud street noise from the busy area surrounding.

Centrally located and very charming. Staff was friendly and welcoming.

Spotless and modern trendy feel Great service

There were not enough towels the rooms were very small and dirty. We had a room that we could barely fit with our luggage. The service desk told us that they were only a 2 star hotel. This was a very bad experience.

Called 10 times and each time they just hung up on me the location was convenient

The room was clean and comfortable and the staff were very nice. I arrived before check in and asked if I could leave my luggage. They offered to let me check in right away as the room was already prepared.

Clean and spacious. Great location. Didn’t love all the stairs and confusing layout of the hotel. Made it feel like it wouldn’t be safe if there was a fire. But otherwise I have no complaints. Great stay overall.

Clean room and near everything!

Although we were able to check in early, the family room we booked was not most definitely not what we received. It was supposed to have room for 3 people, air condition, and most importantly a terrace or balcony. Our room had the terrace / balcony door blocked off for maintenance (which the hotel didn’t tell us about) and there was not even a window. The room was tiny, with barely any room for our suitcases. It was a dark, hot, stuffy dungeon, and it was incredibly loud - even though the hotel advertises soundproof rooms. We were not given any sort of compensation, just a too-bad / sorry look. I will be perusing a refund, and will never stay here again.
