I can’t remember the names but everyone at the hotel was super friendly and very helpful. I can’t say how grateful I was for their kindness. My wife and I were celebrating our anniversary and had bad back and sciatica nerve pain. They helped with our suitcases to and from the lobby to the room. It was a first time in Rome and the young lady at the front desk gave us many great recommendations on restaurants, shops and were the tourist attractions were. To end off we had our breakfast there and the young man made a real cute smiley face on the cappuccino that was a work of art! And the breakfast was healthy and good too. The location of the hotel is down the street from the presidential residence for the Italian president. It just so happened that when we were there the pope in his motorcade and police security drove by the hotel to visit the president of Italy. So we got the chance to see the pope drive by the hotel. That was a really cool experience that you could not experience in other hotels in Rome. I highly recommend this hotel! I do want to mention that there are no elevators in the hotel. But no worries the staff is very accommodating so they would provide assistance when needed. Awesome hotel!!!

We had a great stay at the Quirinale, room was very nice, great bathroom and shower, A/C was terrific, comfy bed, great location, very clean and we felt safe. Only had a few complaints, we were suppose to get free coffee and pastries every morning but the Quirinale said they no longer honour that even though it was in our itinerary booking. The room doors and interior walls were paper thin, we could hear every conversation people had in the hall and they weren’t talking loud. Other than those 2 issues we enjoyed our stay and would recommend the Quirinale to anyone unless your a light sleeper.

Great location super close to major sites. The staff is super friendly and check in & check out was easy. The room was kept clean each day. Would 100% recommend. We did have to go to the second floor. Which wasn’t an issue for us. But keep in mind if have kids or a lot of bags.

The Quirinale Luxury Rooms was absolutely amazing! Check-in was easy. The staff were very friendly. They gave us an orientation as to where we were in the city, and the most notable landmarks in the area. The location of this hotel is the best! You're right in the heart of the city and within walking distance to everything! Shopping, restaurants, ancient ruins and beautiful fountains and piazzas are all within 5-30min walk. We walked to Vatican city and back, by choice which took an hour each way. We didn't notice though because we stopped to see the many sites along the way. There are maybe 8 rooms or so in this hotel. We stayed 3 nights, and during our stay, it was very quiet inside. The street outside can be noisy at times, but we were only able to hear the loud obnoxious motorcycles. We couldn't hear regular cars or people outside. Our room also had its own outdoor terrace which was a nice bonus. We felt safe in this area as well because there was a Carabiniere station just steps away from the hotel and police were always present in the Piazza del Quirinale. The rooms are modern and clean. There was a common area that had coffee makers and some tables and chairs. Cake, fruits, and small pastries were offered every morning for free! Full breakfast was available for a cost. When we come back to Rome we will definitely be staying here again! Did I mention the gelato store just steps away?

Located walkable distance to pretty much most sites. The room was small but very clean, almost like new. Air conditioning worked well, we had very good sleep. Staff was very friendly and kind. Only downside is, there is no reception in the building. The reception desk is located at another building a short walk down the street. We did not get a full breakfast in our building just small pastries and coffee offered in a snack area. There is communal seating on patio and outside small courtyard to use. It seemed like there are permanently residents that live in the building and the hotel is located at the top floor. There is no elevator so good luck with large luggages. Once we left the top hotel floor, the stairwell smells like garage as the other residents keep their garbage bins at the bottom of the stairwell. Overall, for the price I would stay here again because the hotel rooms were so clean and new and it's location.

We love the place, people, and the location. It was perfectly located, easy to walk to the major attractions, and a lot of different buses right in the corner. At the same time the street is quiet. People who work here are very nice, friendly, and helpful, answered all our questions. We like the breakfast - it is very good to start the day with. The hotel exceeds all our expectations. We had a great time in Rome and we will recommend this place to our friends if they come to Rome. Thank you, Leo and Irina

Great location, walking distance to all major attractions in Rome. Restaurant Petrucci across the street had the best food options I tried during my 5 day stay in Rome. Rooms were nice and spacious but were not accessible for those with mobility challenges. Very steep steps to get up to the 3rd floor where the rooms were, no elevators which made it difficult to bring luggage up and down. Beware that there are no hotel staff present ever — if you need anything or need to contact staff you must go to their other hotel location on the next street over. Same place where you will need to check in to gain access to your room.

They only give one key. Do not leave it in your room! Will cost $50 to open the door. Bigger room is worth the money Very nice.

Nice place and I would stay again with maybe an interior room as this is a very busy corner. The only other thing I would ask for is better toilet paper. The gentleman who checked us in and out was kind and helpful and was very good at it.

When I arrived there was only one person at the front desk. The staff is not there all the time only limited hours. He did not provide us with any information regarding our stay. For example we stayed in an annex building. I have no information where to call in case of an emergency or if I needed extra towel. Staff were not very helpful. Hotel is on a bad location. I did not like the hotel there was no help to bring our luggage’s because we were leaving early in the morning and no one was there to help us. I felt unsafe in the building.
