Hotel accommodations were fine. Typical breakfast. Dinner was awful. Couldn’t even cut the chicken. Stay here. Eat elsewhere.

The hotel’s only real advantage is its location. Unfortunately, the property feels extremely dated and in need of major upgrades. The hallways had dark, musty carpets, and the rooms showed noticeable wear, including scratched floors and worn doors. Service was also disappointing. We called reception requesting cutlery and plates for our Uber Eats order, were told they would send them up, but nothing ever arrived. Overall, the staff were unhelpful and the stay did not meet expectations.

The most helpful staf ever. When I forgot some documents in the room, they went there to check and let me know the documents were there, safe, They did within minutes of my contacting them so I could have piece of mind. I am very grateful.

Great location. Right next to tour buses and Metro station. Wonderful breakfast. Room was clean. Staff was nice, they accommodated us with early check in and help with getting a taxi early morning to the Airport. We would probably stay there again.

Incredible hotel and a great location. Close proximity to luxury shopping and all the maid city sightseeings. Staff is very welcoming and kind, they told us about all the things we can do. They even have some tours. Room was amazing, comfortable bed, comfortable pillows and good sound isolation. They have a parking garage for 19 euros. Really loved the breakfast (for extra 12 euros when purchased at check in). Highly recommend and would stay there again

Great service and staff. Excellent breakfast buffet. Super location; 5-30 minute walking distance to local historic centers and good/excellent street restaurants everywhere. “Time Out Market” 35 min walk; Food Heaven. All the daily tour will pick you up at the front lobby. Easy bus ride from exit doors to hotel. Stop by the local supermarket; everything is fresh, 6 pack water around 1.3 Euros and sweet, crispy apples, 8 for 1.5 Euros.
