Great location, good breakfast

Two night stay. Excellent location. Large, clean, bright and airy room with excellent air conditioning. Friendly and efficient staff. Only downsides were the lack of a safe and fridge in the room and the shower was very small. Will definitely stay there again when visiting Zaragoza.

⭐️⭐️ The location is nice, but that’s about it. My room was dirty and smelled terrible—like something rotten. I had bugs in the bed, which was disgusting and made it impossible to sleep. There was no fridge, barely any toilet paper, and no basic toiletries. The noise level was also way too high. I wouldn’t stay here again unless things improve drastically.

Slap bang in the middle of town the hotel is right by the Pilar cathedral. The staff here a friendly and helpful and got to know you over your stay. A really nice breakfast buffet is available, with real machine coffee served by one of the hosts - a nice touch. Obviously around the area is full of tourist activities, so fill your boots. Just one little point, the staff need to observe the do not disturb signs, they are there for a reason! Overall a good choice to stay in the centre.

Really friendly staff who switched between Spanish and English language as required. Great location (very central but with no city noise in room). Breakfast was included, friendly and an excellent selection.

Property needs some updating

Nice quiet and spacious room with view to a rear patio. Very clean, newly refurbished bathroom. Comfortable bed and pillows, very clean sheets. Negative: bathroom door handle was broken so we did not close the door during our stay; Room's door stopper on the ground was missing so small screw sticking out from the floor which could cause an injury if walking bearfoot; and smell of bleach very strong in the bathroom and room. Apart from those very small issues, I strongly recommend this hotel as a budget accommodation right opposite the Basilica.

Amazing hotel and very good cafe. Elevator works and hotel is in front of the plaza & Basilica. Lots of restaurants and shopping. We had a wonderful stay. Highly recommed.

The hotel is in a fantastic location - although the bells of the cathedral opposite woke us up early each morning! The staff were helpful and friendly.
