This was an outstanding guest house. The cleanliness and the location in the quiet Dorsoduro neighborhood cannot be beaten. The breakfast was delicious and plentiful. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Great quality/price ratio. We cannot wait to be back!!

Good location in quiet area. No view from our room, but 2 rooms there have canal view. Room was spacious and clean. Breakfast not worth the extra in our opinion so we didn't have it. Free coffee in reception. No milk in the room for a cup of tea!

Surprise, no air conditioner during a hot summer night of no sleep. No breeze. Just your sweat slowly running down your skin and no refund as they said they would issue us. What a disappointment! Unprofessional. I do not recommend. Stay elsewhere where at least professionalism should rule. Unfortunate choice.

Everything was nice there

Good size room and helpful staff. Great location in a quiet area only a few minutes walk from the main tourist attractions. Easy to get to and from the airport via water fairies and a 10 minute walk.

I like that the hotel is not located too close to the most touristic area, it was in a quiet area

Nice place to stay, river view was nice. Staff was very friendly, we had breakfast on our last day, 10 Euro's per person was a good price, food was ok. Room was good, accommodated 4 of us with no issues. We would stay here again if we were to return to Venice.

It was wonderful

Great stay in Venice. Convenient and comfortable. In a building typical Venetian, all amenities needed provided.

I liked it because it was a quiet area away from the crowds. You could take a traghetto to san.marco side or walk for an extra 10 minutes and cross at a bridge. It was definitely less crazy and less touristy. The stores nearby also sold more artisan items and not touristy items, perhaps its because of its proximity to the Guggenheim museum. The room was nice and on theme, washroom was modern and clean. There was ac! Although I would've like some instructions on how to ventilate the room better.

Our only issue with this property was that the fridge wasn't working, even after we asked staff to tend to it. The directions they gave us from the train station were excellent, though, and the room was clean, comfortable, and well located. We would absolutely stay here again.

The room was a great size for a family of 4 adults. The location was perfect - within a 20mim walk to all the major attractions.
