We were given an apartment off the hotel which was on the 1st floor of a very busy street - cars and people talking loud all night - no sleep! The room and pillows smelled like cigarettes, the bathroom smelled like pee, the shower door was broken and I’ve never seen such tiny disposable soaps and cheap body wash portions. Esther the receptionist was very nice and showed us to our apartment which was down the street from the hotel. Definitely would not stay there again. There are many other nicer hotels inside the old Caceres city.

Staff was very helpful with parking, luggage, map and location of town restaurants and tourist recommendations.

A cozy no frills hotel in the historic center of Caceres. Everything was good for the price. It might be good to have a fridge in the room, but that was not crucial.

Basic amenities and perfect for a night’s stay. Well located with good access to old town. We were disappointed due to our room having been smoked in. Everything stank of cigarettes including the towels.

Apartment was good. However, the room was cold and the heating had not been put on before our visit. Easy to walk to the centre of town.

Fantastic location, unpretentious but very clean and confortable instalations, and probably the best deal available in caceres regarding price and quality. Extremely friendly staff, we can only recommend. Two types of rooms, try to get the larger ones.

The staff was really friendly and helpful. The location was excellent. The rooms are nice and clean. We booked three rooms, two doubles and one single. The single one had a spatius bed, and a nice shower. The two double ones were different but also good. The bar that is located on the premises has good prices and a good breakfast offer. There were things that could be improved but, in general, it was better than we had expected for a two-star hotel.

Lovely dog friendly hotel. We got the separate apartment that is located about 100m down the street from the hotel. It was very large, nicely decorated and clean. The reception staff was nice and friendly, the hotel accepted out two (big) dogs without any issues. The hotel is centrally located. We had a few issues getting to the parking as the street in front of the hotel us being renovated, but this is not hotel's fault. Would stay again and would recommend the hotel.

Very conveniently situated for the historic centre of Caceres, nevertheless quiet. Conmfortable beds allow for good night's sleep. 25 minutes walk from coach and railway station.
