Very close to the beach, convenient for shopping and dining very clean and comfortable

The pool area, spa and general hotel reception area is clean and quite appealing. The rooms are of good sizes and very clean The restaurant however may well benefit from more mainstream varied menu Breakfast service is excellent

Lovely hotel, great rooms, great breakfast, friendly staff. I booked a superior double for the balcony….it was tiny! You couldn’t fit a chair out there and should not have been advertised as a balcony. The roof top pool was very disappointing….only 2 loungers woulx fit by the pool. Loungers were on a stepped down area from pool but were covered by beams so if sunbathing for too long you’d be a zebra!

The room was small but clean, at first ,balcony is small and air-conditioning didn't work , started to leak and wallpaper peeling off walls , the skirting board came out from the wall due to leak from air conditioner unit, the fridge is small in the room, directly across the road is a building site where they are building apartments , very noisy all day , and walls are not sound proofed could hear the neighbours up until 3am every night , they were not necessarily loud just the walls are thin. After paying for a late check out I had another couple walk into the room while I was in the shower and my belongings around, was told it never went through the systemWill not stay again

Nice spot. 3 blocks to great beach. Plenty happening and short drive to other beach towns. Lots of dining options close.

Like the pool ,shame there was no bathrobes to going ln,The breakfast was very good shame about the olderlady very grumpy ,should not do this job if you feel like that

Stayed one night on route to southern Spain. We upgraded and wow was beautiful. Central location easy street parking and some great local bars and restaurants close by. Breakfast was exceptional

Amazing overall experience. Quiet, blackout shades, quality beds/bedding. Heated pool, great restaurant in the lobby and all at a very affordable price.

Waiting to check into the property at guests in front of us had a complaint which was leaving them unhappy, this should have been the first red flag. This establishment is based in a back street, of a residential area of salou, surrounded buy the constant smell of cannabis and graffiti filled dark dirty streets. Tiny room and tiny balcony. Poorly staffed reception. My partner got lost and locked out in a service area in the middle of the hotel for over two hours and we were subsequently put out of the hotel the next day. Without the option to speak with management or a refund for the remainder of or stay.

Friendly and helpful staff. Comfortable rooms. No full length mirror in room, which would have been preferable. But overall a good experience and enjoyed our stay.

Staff was rude and unprofessional, air conditioning didn't work properly, had to complain and use a fan. Room service was so poor. The whole experience was not good.

Enjoyed the hotel but the dining was not what we were expecting. QR codes are great for a lot of things but not necessarily great for this restaurant that seemed to be under staffed

I was woken up at 2am by crashing and banging and people walking up and down in shoes. Also a very loud bang it’s too close to residential flats so no peace. It’s not a 4** property and lacks frills ( no tea and coffee) bedding old and worn. Certainly not comfortable.

Minimalist style but quite attractive and pleasant. The hotel is very centrally located and minutes to the ocean on foot. I did not dine in the restaurant but it has a Michelin star. The staff was helpful and the desk people spoke perfect English.

Clean, friendly, easy walk to beach.

Our room was very warm. The air was off for the season. Finally ended up getting a fan, but still very warm.
