Very good location, comfortable and very clean room. Friendly and efficient staff. We were able to have an early check in. I left my cell phone in the room at check out and they shipped it to Lisbon for me at a very reasonable cost. Very happy with their staff.

This was a superb choice of a hotel for our stay in Vigo. Beyond the facilities being great and the location super convenient, the best thing 1000% was the staff. They were always friendly and had the nicest details. Would recommend and stay again should we return to Vigo

Great staff and good location between train station and old town. The bed was comfortable and the room clean. Very helpful and friendly staff. Only negative was the bathroom door was frosted glass and semi transparent, so there was limited privacy.

Staff was always professional and kind with check-in and check out. They gladly helped call a very quick taxi for our departure. Hotel was exactly as expected. Great walkable location to everything, including Vigo's major train station. Only complaint was that there was construction happening every night outside of the hotel, out of the company's control I realize but that is my only complaint.

The light and AC went off in the middle of the night and had to wake up to ask the manager to fix it. Noisy neighbors
