There was a number of restaurants nearby. Air conditioning is not really functional. Rooms were clean, but old. Prices for a property of that location were on the higher side. Finding the hotel was a unique challenge. It took 3-4 trips around the block to get to the hotel. The staff were quite nice and very accommodating. Warning - there is public on street parking which is free overnight. That said - be aware that when we were there it was very noisy. We needed to leave the windows open to cool the room as the A/c was barely working.

I chose to return to this hotel as I so enjoyed it the previous week and as it had a restaurant “Au Bureau” at the end of the road and I wasn’t disappointed. friendly check in, nice room (with - yippee- bath tub. comfy bed, nice view from 3rd floor with shutters and opening window. recently redecorated and very smart. enjoyed ribs and excellent local riesling at Au B followed by good night’s sleep. train leaving at 07.10 meant I couldn’t have breakfast but, the hotel being only a few hundred yards from the main train station, meant that I didn’t have to leave until ten minutes before- once again recommend for quality, condition, location and nearby restaurants

easy access from main railway station, cheerful efficient check in with lots of local information and advice on restaurants. refurbished hotel with newly decorated room, corridors and public areas. breakfast was wonderful- quality of a 5 star - thoroughly recommended

Very bad experience. I did not get the room i booked and was not offered any kind of compensation. Not even a free breakfast. Noise insulation to this hotel is an unknown word. On the check out on 01/31, the front desk was unpolite and needs to change job.

Spacious and comfortable in a good situation with easy access to city centre and a pleasant breakfast area. I was not impressed by the shower unit, which had a faulty shower nozzle which made it difficult to have a relaxing shower after a long journey.

The staff was friendly and gave me an early check in however the room I was given was not properly cleaned and the bathroom area still had signs from the previous person staying there .

No hot water for 24 h (that happens ok), but no compensation for the inconvenience, not even a free breakfast.

ミュルーズ駅の徒歩圏内にあり、レストランやお店にも近く便利な立地でした。バーゼル方面に用がありましたが、バーゼルに泊まるよりもかなり費用を抑えることができました。バーゼルまでは電車で30分ほどでした。部屋は綺麗で必要なものは揃っていました。唯一の欠点はカーテンがなく、寝る時に外が眩しく睡眠が妨害されたことです。あとフロントの上の部屋だったので人が来るたびにベルの音が自動的になり、夜になってもそれがうるさかったことです。それから、掃除不要の札を出していたのに勝手に部屋に入られて掃除されていました。 部屋にはテレビもあり、カーテンと音以外はとても快適に過ごせました。

I had a good stay. The room was a little basic but expected for the price, so no complaints. It was clean, bed comfortable and helpful staff. Very close to train station and only a few minutes walk to shops and town centre. Overall a good stay.

I specifically required parking when I searched on Expedia for a hotel. When we arrived there was no parking and in the 5 minutes we spoke with the hotel clerk, we were assessed a 25€ parking ticket. I find this unacceptable.

The location was very convenient. It was a short walk to the train station, and also a short walk to the shopping area of Mulhouse. Staff was very friendly and attentive

This was a great value. Inexpensive, close to the station, but clean, secure and well-maintained.

The hotel was fine and comfortable i know the french have an issue with the british but the night receptionist this guy was just down right rude which mard our stay

Check in was smooth. The road is blocked in front of the hotel, so it was difficult to find as well as to park. It was a last-minute booking during a road trip and the room was clean and comfortable.

Location was fabulous

The hotel renovated and it is much better than before.
