A fantastic location and lovely hotel with helpful staff. Our room was nice but as we were in the attic it was very warm and the air con wasn’t working very effectively. We’d stay again though and Troyes is a beautiful medieval town with lots of sights within easy walking distance of the hotel.

IMPORTANT: This booking at Best Western Hotel de la Poste and Spa on 8th July did not complete as the hotel had a failure of the air conditioning - they emailed me through Expedia and offered, and I accepted on 5th July in advance of the stay, a full refund and cancellation. That refund needs to come from Expedia but although agreed on 5th July with the hotel I have still not received this £165 and my Expedia account does not indicate any refund is outstanding. Very disappointed with this hotel. Aircon faltered during a heatwave. Made for an uncomfortable nights sleep ( or lack of). Parking difficult to access and get to. No receptionist at desk when I arrived. Staff tried their best but hotel is tired and I would expect more from a 4 * hotel. Would not stay here again

Staff all friendly. Hotel parking off site but very close and clear instructions on how to get there and use. Never had breakfast so can't comment. Room was lovely and air-conditioning worked very well. Decor of old medieval and new worked well.

Troyes is off the tourist path but worth the visit. Hotel is centrally located but parking is difficult to reach 2 blocks away. City is charming.

Great Hotel, that’s Very well Located. This is a very clean, well run, well maintained, ideally located hotel in the centre of Troyes, within walking distance to many places of interest, including many Restaurants and bars. The parking available (for a fee) is excellent too and only a short walk from the hotel. The room we had was excellent. The bed was very comfortable and the room size was very good, especially for a hotel in this area. The shower was very big and the amenities provided were great. There was a fridge in the room as well as tea/coffee making facilities. The breakfast offered was fresh , very varied and very tasty. We would highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay there again.

Excellent location, walking distance from everything. It has parkin but make sure you reserve before you arrive. The staff were super friendly and spoke very good English. Beds are comfortable, nice showers and nice bar downstairs.

Lovely hotel. Parking is around the corner and very secure. It was right near the square. Definitely recommend it.

Convenient and central with Parking and a map ! to find the garage. Stylish and comfortable room. Lovely bathroom with separate toilet. Public rooms and Spa very well appointed. Generous breakfast, although one morning short staffing led to longer waits than other day, when service was excellent and buffet well stocked. Convenient dropping off space for luggage prior to parking.
