Air conditioning was not great and breakfast which was served until 11 had no cooked food left at 9.30

Located in an industrial zone, quiet at night. Room was of a decent size, clean and comfortable.

Considering cost it’s very good value for money. The local area isn’t bustling but like a lot of local towns in this area it is to be expected. We stayed as part of a wedding party hired a car and found it very convenient. Staff are very accommodating and friendly, food and drinks are reasonable and there’s a lovely choice for breakfast. Rooms are clean, typical amenities but we had a studio which seemed to come with a complete kitchen which was unexpected but great. Don’t expect 5* luxury but for its standing it exceeded our expectations. We would highly recommend and return again.

Extremely odd location for a hotel, buried in a very strange industrial park and difficult to find.

Reasonable hotel but with a great rate. Restrictive and slow WiFi. Firstly, the hotel was really difficult to find. It is part of an out of town industrial estate on the outskirts of Toulouse and not immediately obvious from the road. The location was fine for our purposes but others should take note. The hotel was clean if a little worn. One slight issue was there is a particularly pervasive smell of cigarettes. The biggest issue was the WiFi. They have their own filtering services that tries to break secure/encrypted connections to websites like google. This means that your browser reports that someone is trying to hack your connections and also means that apps such as google maps, gmail and play store do not work. Additionally, if you try to use an alternative search engine such as bing, the hotel filtering service tells you that you are potentially accessing an illegal site. Even if you navigate around these issues the WiFi is very slow.

We were booking blind when we reserved our room here, and when we arrived we were more than pleasantly surprised, The room was very spacious, well decorated, and the bathroom was wonderful. Everything about this place is great, and I really enjoyed our stay. I only wish I could have stayed longer! The staff is very helpful and friendly.

A very nice, functional hotel and very good for a stopover which is half way from mid Kent en route to Alicante. It was very clean but we could not find air conditioning? However, it was not too hot in the room but would have benefited with aircon. Seemed to be plenty of places to eat locally. Would have been hard to find without a Sat Nav! WiFi was very good in the room. We are staying here again on our way back in 2 weeks.

El mejor hotel de la zona !

Desde octubre vengo alojándome en este hotel de lunes a jueves por trabajo y, sinceramente, se ha convertido en mi segunda casa. El personal es excepcional: siempre amable, cercano y dispuesto a ayudar, lo que marca una gran diferencia cuando pasas tantas noches fuera. Las instalaciones están muy bien cuidadas y cuentan con todo lo necesario para sentirse cómodo y como en casa, tanto para estancias cortas como largas. La habitación es práctica, limpia y tranquila, ideal para descansar después de la jornada laboral. Sin duda, un hotel totalmente recomendable y al que seguiré volviendo.

Chambre spacieuse et calme, literie très confortable, petit déjeuner de qualité et l'accueil est agréable. Très bon séjour.

Chambre à rafraîchir un peu. Probleme de chauffage .prêt d un convecteur électrique car il n y avait pas de soufflerie,température très basse. Bonne literie .chambre propre.bon accueil.
