Herbergin sóðaleg, sturta sem lekur, veggir herbergis subbulegir, loftkæling hávaðasöm og óútreiknanleg auk þess sem allskyns aukahljóð voru í herberginu þó svo slökkt væri á loftkælingu. Umhverfið í kringum hótelið var sóðalegt. Myndi aldrei bóka hótelið aftur. En morgunmaturinn var góður, ferskir ávextir en vont kaffi.

Stayed here because of proximity to the NAP airport. Turns out it is about a 15 minute walk, which it was fine for me since I was traveling with only a backpack. Taxi is about €20+ euros for a couple miles drive so beware. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful, and they were there for me when I also needed help with the A/C unit. There’s a bar on property that was open until 11pm and they recommended a pizza delivery service which was delicious and speedy. This is not in a walkable area with bars/shops/restaurants, and I’d be cautious in walking to the airport during day. The hotel served the purpose of a very clean room and “convenience “ to the airport. Given that there aren’t many options in the area, I would stay again if I had an early morning flight like I did this time. Price seemed higher than it should be for the quality of the beds and local economy, but hey…. They’re close to the airport.

This hotel has a lot of bad reviews and frankly I don't get it. The staff was helpful and friendly, calling us a cab at 5 am for our early flight. The room had very nice amenities including a smart TV, a toiletry kit, mini fridge and free water bottles. We had massive windows that overlooked the main road which yes of course was noisy but that's to be expected at an hotel right next to an airport. Yes the walls were thing but we had no issues with falling asleep. Only downside is you really can't walk to the airport and we had to get food delivered as there isn't a restaurant but that was done within five mins of ordering.

Location was perfect for an overnight to the airport. The breakfast was great.

The room was clean and tidy, and the beds were comfortable, although another pillow would have been good. Aircon worked brilliantly and all the staff were very approachable and helpful. Breakfast was amazing with a huge choice to eat. It was also really convenient for the airport.

I would not recommend staying here unless you have absolutely no other alternatives. The area is very rough. The hotel rooms look nothing like they do in the photos. The bathrooms are not clean. All of the metal is rusted. I felt like the rooms were not clean. The walls were completely scratched and stained.

It was a great disappointment in a terrible neighborhood. Very sparse accommodations felt more like an army Barrrick than a hotel. Should not have been on your website filthy Neighbourhood. Unsavory people always hanging around. Very disappointed in Hotels.com for having this on their website.

This is an old property whose interior has been very tastefully renovated, but the outside remains in run-down condition. The difference between the outside and inside is hard to believe. The area is a scruffy, working class neighborhood, across from the airport, but we felt safe walking to a cafe and to the airport. The breakfast buffet was excellent and started early, at 6:30 am. Our bed was comfortable. The room was small, but clean, with fresh wallpaper and furnishings. Mini-fridge.

Our hotel room looked nothing like the pics and when I showed the front desk the pics from hotels.com he asked me what hotel is this and I said this one. He said those are not pics from our hotel and got another worker who told me those are from here just not the room we were in. We stayed the night because I could find nothing else available. It is a short 10 min walk to airport which is the only good thing about this hotel. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. We felt like we were in prison in our room.

Hotel so bad we could not stay there.

We missed our flight and luckily found this place. 10mins walk away from airport with breakfast and other meals available. Hotel is dated but had everything you needed to be comfortable. Only issue was - thin walls and minimal sound proofing. You could hear everything in corridors, outside and also other rooms.

The staff was less than welcoming; the room was small and loud (right on a busy road); the hotel is extremely dated; the walls are so thin you can hear other patrons in the shower (we heard burping and other assorted bodily noises which will not be mentioned); and although they advertise as a "Hotel and Restaurant," we were told the restaurant as not been open for while. The owner just doesn't want to advertise that fact on the website. So, if you stay at the hotel because of its proximity to the Naples Airport, please know that is it's best and only amenity. And don't arrive hungry, because not only is there no functioning restaurant, the staff could not recommend one good restaurant in the area. They do have a "happy hour" with potato chips and other assorted finger foods, but the bartender was less than welcoming when you order a drink or eat any of the food. Again, the ONLY reason to stay at this hotel is its proximity to the airport, as it is literally across the street and down the road. Otherwise, pay a bit more, take a cab, and eat at a restaurant in Naples. If we return to Naples and have another early morning flight, that will definitely be our plan.

When we booked we were told there was a restaurant and bar open year round only to find there was no restaurant at all. We were then told we could get food from the bar but then told it was very limited to what we could actually get. Some employees were very friendly and others not so much. Kind of disappointed overall

The rooms were really clean and the sheets looked like brand new . The staff was welcoming. They stored our luggage since we came early . We didn’t have a chance to try the breakfast since we left early in the morning for our flight. Overall good experience for the money you pay . They need to put some bed frames.

Clean rooms, 10 minute walk to airport but area around the hotel isn’t the nicest

Limited choice of hotels close to Naples airport. Don’t bother with this hotel if you need rest or sleep, walls are paper thin so you can hear everything from the adjacent rooms. Dated facilities we could have coped with but absolutely impossible to sleep
