Delightful old-world charm. Beautiful with an actual physical room key one leaves at the front desk. Elegant details and “edible gems” in the room delighted my senses. I wish I had been able to stay longer.

This hotel is not a ***** hostel, perhaps a 4 stars hotel.

Great location, staff is awesome, parking quite complicated, so best to call hotel for help before arriving if by car. Would stay here again!

The hotel is located in the plaza and is surrounded by restaurant, shops and sites to see. You can walk anywhere from the hotel. Staff was welcoming and a special thanks to Sergei at the front desk. Very helpful with the parking and all we needed . Thanks for all your help!

Friendly staff; easy walk to great tapas bars.

We were exhausted and regret to say, slept through the morning and woke up to check out. However: the room was full of all those details that make a hotel special. Spacious shower that was a real treat, double sink with complete set of toiletries and a bathroom with a bidet and great lighting. The beds were uber comfortable and the decoration managed to mic modernity with a feeling of old times that is difficult to find nowadays.

The Gran Hotel La Perla is much more classic/traditional in style than our usual choice, but we of course had zero regrets — the staff were wonderful and so friendly, our room was spacious, quiet and relaxing, and the location is unbeatable for walking around the heart of the city. Best of all, since we were driving to Pamplona, is the hotel’s valet parking service. We called to confirm that it was correct to drive around the busy town square (!), and the front desk staff happily confirmed. We parked outside the front reception and they took care of the rest, then retrieved our car in time for our departure the next morning. This simple service/gesture made everything SO easy and relaxing, and made us feel right at home, giving us a completely stress-free stay in Pamplona.

Beautiful hotel in Pamplona convenient to everything. Professional and courteous staff. Wonderful shopping close to hotel. Great restaurants and cafes. Lovely and Historic Cafe Iruna only a block away which was recommended by lovely and engaging hotel staff.

Superior staff !! This was one of the best hotels we have stayed in a while. The rooms were well appointed, clean, fantastic shower. Located right on the main square with many restaurants and shopping on all the surrounding streets. Highly recommend if going to Pamplona

I was traveling with my brother and we both found the hotel to be lively. In particular, the device and the front desk staff was incredibly amicable and informative. The location was perfect and we were surprised that even though we were right on the plaza the rooms were very quiet. The rooms were well appointed and we were glad we selected a superior room with more room for the two of us.
