El aire acondicionado no funcionaba bien, nos dio calor al dormir, abrimos la puerta del balcón para que entrará aire frio, mi cuarto era pequeño y no había donde poner las maletas que teníamos varias. ESO si el personal sumamente agradables. Todo cerca, restaurantes variados y tiendas.

The room was clean but it had a funky smell coming from the bathroom. The air conditioning was not working properly but we open a windows and the problem was solve due to the outside weather of 15 degrees.

Staff were very friendly. Very convenient location. Did not like the dark decor and dim lighting. Did not like cushions with no practical use. We had to stack them on the floor as there was no other space.

I stopped over between two trains and looked for a hotel close to the station. I found that hotel and the rooms have been very clean and quiet.

would like say that ,my stay at the Abba was way beyond my expectations: I especially appreciated the kind assistance offered by your staff: SRA Virginia helped me in many ways including getting me on a wonderful tour to Comillas and assistance with communications which are difficult for a 93 year old like me::::Excellent breakfast and room: Iwill recommend Abba hotels to friends and hope to return soo:

It’s an old hotel, the room very narrow, it smells old, but it is excellently located which balanced out the inconveniences . The lady at the front desk, a sweetheart. Nice and knowledgeable .

Really wonderful hotel and staff, I enjoyed staying there. Well located, great restaurants nearby and a beautiful park on the water was just a few blocks down.

After our arrival to the room, we informed the A/C was not working. Nothing was done. We had to sleep with no A/C on June. The next morning, the problem was again reported.,The first option given was to spend again another night…since we did not acepted then we were changed to another room. We do not recommend this hotel.

Nice small hotel with a very friendly staff. Great area, parking could be dificult at time, the hotel had 3 reserved spaces and when available they will let you park for as long as you need to. Room medium size, bed good, breakfast good too.

Outstanding staff where nothing was too much trouble. Comfortable room and well stocked. We had our dog with us and even he received a welcome gift.

Right across from the bus station and a block from the train station. Grocery store, shops and restaurants all around. A couple of blocks from Botin arts center and waterfront. Great location.

150 euro for very old and dirty carpet, old furniture, seems strange. Towels and sheets were clean.Bathroom seem like renovate, but all another as for this price is not relevant. Hotel has one advantage- location
