There was no air conditioning

I went there and wife was pregnant. At time of check in I asked to see the room and saw there is no air flow or HVAC in the room and said my wife wont be able to stay here. I didn’t checked in and asked for refund so I can stay somewhere else. Person said they will issues refund. It happened in September first week. Till now Expedia is unable to get hold the property manager. I didn’t get my money back yet. Both hotel and Expedia have shown worst service. Stay away from the hotel it is terrible. don’t get trapped with pictures. Plus dont use Expedia. I have used them for 12 years now their service is terrible as well.

Clean rooms, easy check-in, great breakfast. Easy walking distance to train station. Will return.

Located near the old town where there’s a good choice of restaurants. A big Coop and mall next door. Girl at check-in could be a bit more welcoming (smile). Expensive parking at Chf 2/hour. Good breakfast. Comfortable beds. Only shower gel provided. You may want to bring your own shampoo and body lotion. Free WiFi.

Great place right next to a supermarket. The staff was friendly and helpful. The rooms were perfect for our family of 4.

AC not working. Got room downgraded, was offered free parking and free breakfast. Fine. Except parking was fully booked. And except the next morning the employee insisted on charging for breakfast. Not good.

We stayed here for one night. The hotel is in the middle of the new part of Olten. There is car parking facilities at a fee and good breakfast at CFR18.00 per person. The room is comfortable, small but well decorated with good design there is everything needed and it is very clean. They serve a nice Sunday brunch from 11:00am until mid afternoon. I recommend this hotel

Nice, popular business hotel, close to the railway station and town centre but not noisy. Restaurant is good but pricey. Breakfast excellent. On the hottest day of the year so foar, either there was no aircon or the controls were too well hidden for me to find. WiFi was pretty flakey.
