Spent one week at this hotel, very impressed. One of the most comfortable beds we've ever had. Room had a sofa, fridge, kettle and everything we needed. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Breakfast was mainly sweet as we have found everywhere in Italy but very good quality and breakfast staff very friendly. This 3 star hotel was better than a 5 star one we stayed in elsewhere. In fact we have rebooked for another three nights soon as enjoyed it so much and location was good. Definitely recommended.

Very good and clean

It’s 10 to 15 minutes walk to town and coffee shops and restaurants as well as the interesting sites. I was very comfy in this hotel, nice big room and nice bed. The staff were very kind.

Very pleasant staff, walkable location to city centre, great tv lots of channels, Alexa in room is nice addition, room quite spacious and hot drink making facilities and fridge provided. Comfortable bed and pillows. Only downside is the rooms are not very soundproof and you can hear people in the corridor and sometimes sound from the adjoining room, the air conditioning is also quite loud. Would stay again though.

Very comfortable hotel. close to the historic center. Good restaurants nearby. Buffet breakfast was very good.

Our check in was a bit slow and the lobby looked dated. However the room was very modern and clean. We would stay here again!

We went to Verona for the Opera and wanted somewhere fairly close to the arena. This hotel was great, and the staff very helpful. The option for breakfast was good, as was the quality. The room was a good size and the bed very comfortable. The only very minor criticism, we could have done with a bit more choice of English programmes on the TV.

This is a very clean hotel in a quiet neighbourhood but only 5 minutes walk from the Arena. The bed was comfy and the breakfast fine. There was no view from the window and no lounge area or outside space to rest in. There is a lift.

For a European hotel, this was a very large room with a big bathroom and shower

Liked the hotel. Warm and convenient. Think the rooms need a little updated, floor is marked, walls are damaged. But slept well. Would appreciate some English channels on the TV. At the moment there are none.

Don't normally give 5 star, but....clean, spacious, modern apartment with comfortable bed, modern spacious bathroom, free bottles of mineral water in bar fridge and friendly staff.

This is a small Hotel, the rooms is small and has everything you need. baths, breakfast area, hallways, stairs, the tinny elevator, the reception, floors, it’s clean. You can felt safety. Good staff service very kind. Location is super convenient. We spend one night in this hotel.

Clean and quiet, nice staff (great English if you need that), lovely restaurant next door. More comfortable beds and pillows than anywhere else we’ve stayed in Italy. Teeny shower. Nice lighting in the room.

Very clean hotel with lift which was useful as I am 84 years old. Very attentive staff. Nice breakfast room with excellent selection & welcoming staff.

Very quaint hotel, lovely staff, short walk to Verona Arena. Highly recommend
