It was a single unit flat which we liked. It was absolutely good for privacy and quietness. The space inside the flat was very well organised, but small. It is close to the city, but at the same time quite and far from concrete and buildings. It was a pleasant stay, and with the good weather, in spring or summer it should be amazing! We staid in late October and it was rainy, so couldn’t enjoy the full potential of the property.

We stayed in a bungalow for 3 days, staff were friendly and accommodating, the restaurant served delicious food (I had tortellini) and where we stayed was clean and spacious and had a tv which was excellent. Only downside was the pool not being open during our stay and us not being made aware of a bus strike that meant we had to walk into town on one of the days but otherwise no problems!

Wow. Absolutely loved our stay. The hotel, the owners, the home made food, the service, the room, the grounds just all wonderful. I rarely leave reviews but this was definitely warranted. Thank you for making our last leg of our Sardinian tour amazing.

Great place to stay perfect for the f1

We were quite disappointed in this stay. It was quite loud late into the night and the “bungalows” didn’t keep out the noise. The rooms weren’t specifically clean but the biggest disappointment was the breakfast. The coffee machine wasn’t restocked-no coffee, the choices were vast but not restocked well. We arrived one hour before breakfast was slated to end but 3/4 of the offerings were empty and not restocked through the completion of the breakfast time. The sad part was that we paid extra for the breakfast and weren’t satisfied with it. There was no staff handy to ask for restocking either.

Public transport access not great in late evening.

Good place to for a short stay

Nice stay, unexpensive hence some aspects are to be accepted for this reason such as basic room and distance from the centre, that is normal and I am happy with Centro Turistico di Bologna, nice place even with a large swimming pool! However I would suggest some improvements which should be easy and not so expensive: make sure that mosquito nets are present at all windows, and that double mattresses are available if wished, whcih is especially important for couples. But overall nice, good value for money, and staff is very kind and helpful. Thanks!

Great restaurant on site. Basic room, beds and bathroom. Comfortable. Convenient location. Nice grounds.

the price was right. I had a four bed room to myself, so there was no competition for the bathroom. The swimming pool and adjacent lounging area was sparkling. The major drawbacks were: restaurant was pricey and the attitude of front desk personnel very off-putting.

I got a room next to reception which has no windows at all. Room was pretty dark and very noisy since restaurant also nex to it. Dinner time was really noise.

Nice place to stay if you are not looking for too many comforts.

Great service, accomodations and price! E35 for your own secure room, on a beautiful site, convenient to Bologna. Just make sure you have transportation or are up for a walk.

We stayed for one night, but we will definitely come back at the first opportunity. It’s great that there are charging stations for those with electric cars. The staff was also very nice.

Ligger okay i forhold til Bologna, men vi havde en bungalow til 4 (vi var 3) ikke særligt lækkert og pænt slidt, men i forhold til prisen var det nogenlunde. Pool området er fint og dejlig afslappet.
