Clean and up-to-date. A pleasant and peaceful place to stay. Rooms are clean and comfortable. A nice small balcony off the room is a nice feature. Breakfast is pretty good.

The staff was so kind amd made accomidations for our late arrival.

Wow! This hotel was the friendliest, cleanest, service oriented hotel we have ever stayed in around the world, on arrival Tristan made us a cup of tea to sit at the patio and chill before checking in. Marcella took us to our room to check it was ready and the outstanding service continued. we were treated like family and that is the atmosphere created. The spa area was out of this world and would compete with any luxury resort. Tristan’s local knowledge and advice on where to eat and how to get around on the tram were so helpful. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Lovely location. Good breakfast. Hotel needs to be up dated. Rooms are very basic. No fridge .No air conditioning.No tea /coffee facilities in room. No bar as such. Bathroom very small. Staff were wonderful. Very informative on local area. The staff are what made the stay so enjoyable. They couldnt do enough for you.

Easy parking. Nice area of town. Fantastic staff, just no fridge in the room (something Europe doesn’t seem to think about)

My room was oriented to a busy street, so if you have troubles sleeping during the night, the noise would not help. Otherwise good accomodation and free parking, as it is quite far from the city, but excellent connection to the centre by bus/tram.

Good hotel, nice quiet area

The weather was warm and the room had no air conditioning. It had a fan but it not help and the room was sweltering. Other then that the hotel was nice.

Great stay. Really attentive and responsive staff. Nice breakfast. Lovely, quiet area near Mariatrost. Bus stop right out front takes you into the inner city.

Hotel is not staffed after 10 pm on site. You can call a posted # and they give you a # to enter into their drop box beside the door. This worked okay, but since we do not have a foreign phone it was a bit concerning. However, their internet was picked up and we used Skype to call the number and lady gave us the box code and we got our key and all was well. Breakfast bar was very good, with hot choices available. Room not air-conditioned, But there was fan and with the window opened and fan it was comfortable, however it would not be comfortable if you were in the room in the afternoon. Recommend for over nite. Room rate a bit above average but okay.

Friendly staff. Very good breakfast. The hotel is old, and needs renovation. No A/C on the room, but at least there was a fan that could cool us down. Free parking.

Alles im Hotel ist sehr sauber, das Personal freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Frühstück ist sehr umfangreich und gut. Die Lage ist sowohl für einen Stadtbesuch als auch für Ausflüge ins Umland sehr gut.

Das Hotel liegt am Stadtrand von Graz, aber gleich neben der Straßenbahn und etwa 25 Minuten vom Zentrum. Zu Fuß ist man in 5 Minuten im Wald oder mit dem Fahrrad am Radweg. Zimmer waren ruhig und das Frühstück gut. Für einen 5ten Stern war das Angebot beim Frühstück ein wenig einfältig und die Pölster und Decken mit Kunststoffüllung nicht mein Ding.
