Kind staff! They let me check in early so I didn’t have to store my luggage. Airport shuttle was convenient and on time.

Great property lovely staff only problem was really noisy. There was a group of young travellers and they were loud until really late so trying to sleep was not easy

Well located, convenient amenities, the only suggestion for the rooms we stayed in would be to add a fan or window to improve ventilation in the bathrooms.

Close to Airport, free shuttle was excellent. Comfortable room, good hot shower. Dinner & breakfast were delicious.

This is my second time staying here. The Staff is very friendly and helpful. Breakfast recipe just perfect and dinner's ready. Everything was reasonably priced. It was very nice having them have a shuttle that can take you back and forth to now pens at airport. You will definitely come back and use them again.

Our stay at Sempione was nice. The onsite restaurant had excellent food and very convenient. The complimentary breakfast was a big plus and very tasty. The shuttle service to and from airport was a huge bonus. Five of us stayed in the quintuple room which was a little tight for five adults but provided a decent place to sleep. The AC was weak so the room was a little warm. All in all, a cozy, clean place to stay.

It was a great experience with hotel. Staffs are helpful. Dropped off and pick. Food was awesome and train station and shopping center are close to the hotel. Love it.

Clean room, good breakfast, very good restaurant

The hotel location is near to airport, train and busy car road and the noises come to the room as the soundproofing could be better. I recommend this hotel as a easy one night stay before/sfter flight but not as a hotel to stay longer

The staff was amazing accommodating and very helpful. The airport shuttle was terrific and the guys were quick and very helpful. Breakfast was very simple.

Small but nice

The bed was comfortable, but the bathroom shower was so small it was hard to squeeze into. Room was clean and a decent restaurant on the first floor. Breakfast good. Best of all was the shuttle to the airport.

The room and stay were great. Complementary breakfast in the morning was very convenient. The restaurant was delicious. However, if you stay here, make sure you have a rental car or mode of transportation that is not walking. This little town is cute but about a 20 minute train ride from Milan. Once you get off the train and walk to the hotel there are no sidewalks.

The room is very small, and the walls were dirty. I was placed in a room for a person with disabilities, even though I am not disabled, and I was not informed about this in advance. The room didn’t have a toilet seat, and the shower was неудобный, which was very surprising to me. When I went to the reception to ask what the problem was and why there was no toilet seat, I was told that it was a room for disabled guests as all other rooms are not available. I was quite surprised that I had been given such a room without any prior notice or confirmation, especially since I had booked the hotel in advance. Seeing my dissatisfaction, they offered to change the room, but I no longer felt like moving. Moreover, the hotel does not have an elevator, and I would have had to carry my suitcase up the stairs to another room, as the standard rooms are located on the upper floors. The breakfast was very limited. Overall impression: 3 out of 5.

The room was sparse but clean…nice restaurant and convenient shuttle to airport was a plus!
