Beautiful, splendid place

All staff are very friendly but hotel is a bit tired and would benefit of being updated in certain areas

Staff very friendly and helpful. Beach location is great. Limited dining options on site but buffet had tremendous choice.

The staffing is excellent and helpful The hotel area has activities and is quite at same time The buffet is very good and the bar has an awesome view of the sea Area around the pool has enough chairs and shades

Totally fantastic place to stay!! One of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed at.

Rooms were large and clean. Staff were super friendly and helpful. Location was quiet. But most of all, the evening buffet was absolutely excellent. One of the best places for food we’ve ever stayed. Would highly recommend it.

Was curious why this property had such incredible reviews- it looked nice in the photos albeit perhaps a little dated in decor in places. But having been here for a few days it’s really clear why: the staff. I’ve travelled a lot around Asia and other places with high reputations for staff in hospitality but these guys are superb here: very genuine, attentive, thoughtful. The food is also really superb. Was worried the buffet would be a bit generic and poor quality but not only is the food excellent but there has been a real effort to blend in local cuisine from Mallorca wherever possible. Congrats to the team here- true professionals doing.a fantastic job. 👍👍🙏

Lovely hotel with amazingly friendly and helpful staff

An amazing hotel with a beautiful pool area with easy access to beach. The staff are very helpful and nothing is too much trouble. Loved our stay will definitely be coming back .

Considering it was the first day opening from the winter shutdown the staff and facilities ran smoothly with impeccable service from checkin, dinning, attentiveness of staff and spa facilities.

Absolutely loved our stay here. They have an amazing buffet selection and the property is well maintained. The people are amazing from the front desk, house keeping, dining and children center. If you’re debating between booking here or another place book here take it from someone who has traveled quite a bit.

The hotel looked nice from the exterior, however, the area around it wasn’t very picturesque. All the staff we encountered were very nice & helpful. The massages were brilliant, we had Gerita ( proberly spelt wrong) who proved to be excellent at her job. Such a shame about the surrounding area.
