Amazing stay at Mooi Veluwe, the hotel is undergoing a fairly major renovation. All rooms are being updated, new carpets throughout, new beds and bedroom furniture. Made the stay even more enjoyable. The restaurant has been updated with new carpets and furniture too.

Been to this hotel several times over several years and keep coming back. Easy parking in the wooded car park, reception and bar area is close to all the rooms. Reasonable choices of food for breakfast, same for dinner too. Garderen and Putten are a short drive away, with some very nice eating places.

Tired hotel in a fantastic setting. Worth the visit. Very comfortable beds, which is key, although the single rooms are a little pokey.

The hotel is nestled within a serene forest, boasting a plethora of trails perfectly tailored for cycling, leisurely strolls, and, of particular significance to us, dog walking. The overall facility is well-maintained, although a minor point of critique pertains to the condition of the floor rugs, which were not up to par. The breakfast experience was rather satisfying, and the restaurant offered commendable cuisine; however, there is room for improvement in terms of variety. Apart from these observations, our stay was exceptionally pleasant. We wholeheartedly recommend it for an invigorating and active holiday.

Location! Beautiful forests, excellent base for biking trips .. bikes can be rented

Very small room with few facilities - no kettle, tea/coffee, very tiny space. We requested specifically a double bed and we got twin beds with two mattresses and two quilts. Not happy.

The hotel has an institutional feel -in the past the building was an institution-. The carpet in my room was dirty and the toilet was smelly. As my bed was placed close to the toilet door this was particularly unpleasant. The room lacked atmosphere and its lay out was not logical.

Stayed for 5 nights. Lovely quiet peaceful hotel. Single room opening ont quiet grassy courtyard. Room layout slightly awkward, could not see TVs from bed, no headboard.There was a full length mirror, hair driers available on request, however no tea or coffee facilities in the room .But the setting made up for these very minor shortcomings. The staff were brilliant , kind , helpful at all times. Hire bikes available and miles of cycle paths surround the hotel. Breakfast was a very comprehensive selection of hot and cold foods, very satisfying , all fresh and well presented. The evening meal was tasty, well presented and served in athe restaurant or outside in a courtyard. All in all this was a lovely clean, relaxed , friendly hotel that I would definitely recommend and would return to . Thank you for a lovely stay in your beautiful hotel.

Great place to meet up with our internationally extended family. Met up with over 50 of us, using the comfortable banquet hall. Great memories. Many thanks!

Good comfy beds, good service and nice decoration and atmosphere in the restaurant and bar area. Around the hotel I thought it was very dark, like very little lights everywhere but I noticed that in the whole area there so maybe that’s because it’s in the forest and lights need to be dimmed.. I don’t know. I thought it was a bit eerie bc of that. It gave a bit of a cabin in the woods feel, also in the parking area between the trees, there is no asphalt at all so it’s a bit muddy and as if you’re literally staying in the forest. I can imagine that this would actually be extra nice for some people, outdoors feel. The rooms are simple but sufficient, great matrasses and comfy beds. I would’ve liked some more luxury though and also more space in the room. For example a coffee machine and fridge and especially more space in the bathroom and a heater there, more water pressure in the shower. It was a brand new bathroom though which was nice. Overall the room was nice and clean and everything worked well, so it was sufficient.

We hadden voor een simpele kamer gekozen, aangezien we alleen maar kwamen om er te slapen. Toen we de kamer binnenstapten kwamen we daar echter snel van terug. De slaapplek van m'n hond is nog ruimer....dus hebben we alsnog voor een andere kamer gekozen. Op vrijdagavond na een avondje uit nog even borrelen aan de bar is er ook niet bij, want om 23:00 uur is alles dicht.

2 nachten hier geslapen, puur voor een slaapplek. Overdag niet in hotel geweest en/of gebruik gemaakt van de faciliteiten. Bed was prima, kamer voelde heel hokkerig. Temperatuur op kamer niet zelf in te stellen, geen koelkastje, geen stopcontacten bij bed (1 achter tv en 1 achter deur). Daarnaast badkamer erg klein met schimmel in de douche. Prima geslapen, maar zouden hier niet snel weer boeken.

Receptie medewerker top. Eerste kamer stonk en schuifpui defect.Andere kamer gekregen wel kleiner en anders ingericht. Schoon. Ontbijt was rijkelijk en bediening top zeer vriendelijk mens.mooi gelegen in de bossen. Stoelen en inrichting gedateerd en stoelen shit bah.kapot en aan het vervellen. Alle info aan de receptie vermeld met foto’s nooit meer! Mag prijs gunstig zijn dit is het derde en laatste hotel van Fletcher wat we hebben genomen. Inrichting moet aan normen voldoen en dat doen de door ons benutte hotels niet.

Erg donker (noodzakelijk voor de dieren in de omgeving) en veel modder. Is wel de tijd van het jaar, maar er wordt niet veel aan gedaan.
