Visited many times over years, everything is fine as expected. The food could be more refined.

Good rooms, friendly staff, excellent breakfast and dinner.

Pools and swimming were great. Fun dancing in the evening and funny musical double act who obviously hated each other. Staff were not overly helpful. A lot of eye rolling. Complimentary drinks at a bar that wasn’t open during our stay. No kettle in the room! Buffet lots of options but not great quality. Wouldn’t let us check in a minute early.

Good location and parking, nice staff, nice pools but this year the pools were not as clean as before (some mold in the outside pool), mattresses too soft and worn out, the rooms overlooking restaurant noisy because of the ventilators.

The pictures are bit far from the reality. Equipment on the room quite old, but size of the rooms was big.Internet stable, swimsuit for free but you have to pay for slippers.

Nice pools (adventure, swimmig, massage) and also pools with thermal water from Lake Heviz. Very clean. Good food, excellent wi-fi, plenty of parking space. Possibbility to use pools until 18.00 on the day of departure, they lent bathing robe for free (deposit 5000 HUF). Close to city center and to Lake Heviz.

I liked the nearby lake and they had entertainment every evening. The staff was rude at times and do not get the hard massage or you will be in pain for days.

We had a great family holiday with grandma and 8 yo child Multiple swimming pool with thermal and nonthermal water Pool temperature was perfect very comfortable even on a cloudy day below 20 C Half board was wonderful in all aspects very good selection of different dishes , desserts and nuts at dinner there is no complimentary beverages of all kinds even water ... all of beverages cost money :( Treatment facilities are great with kind and caring people that will speak your language very simply Hotel personal very kind ! Highly recommend this hotel fir any age ! Will b back next year !!!

Friendly staff, very clean, in good shape, breakfast and lunch/dinner food is not bad (it is also not the best), medical procedures are well organised and well performed.

Excellent food and nice music. The parrot with it's surrounding was unique.

The stay was very relaxing in Heviz, The whole family enjoyed the lakes and the hotel facilities. The rooms were OK, although dated as is the hotel, but it's clean and presentable. Some of the staff could cheer up a little as could some of the guests, real miserable at times and for no apparent reason. The food and service in the hotel buffet restaurant was of a good standard at all meal times.

I have stayed in several Hotels in Heviz and this Hotel in my opinion is the best overall, great facilities and the food is good.

(We went for a combination of business and spa treatments, but I can not choose this option on type of trip.) A very good hotel which rests on its laurels and services. In their own words, they have no season and are always full -so why try hard? Go for the facilities which are top notch and immaculate and forgive all the other faults. Not four star, but you won't care.
