The check-in process took a long time for one customer, we (six people) arrived in the afternoon, and the staff took some time to look at the printout, computer database, printout, and so on. It also created a queue for different customer. it was probably almost half an hour until all of us got our room key. The room itself is okay, although small and the ceiling is too low for a chandelier. For a backpacker, the room is quite acceptable.

It remains our preferred hotel in Venice because of its proximity to the train station and it is not hard to find it Breakfast is pretty decent and the rooms are tasty Just a very long check-in process at that time
