Good location for airport access

Hot rooms. We asked the reception to lower the room temperature to 21. At night time it went back to 25. The lobby and other areas were very cool. The room was hot and stuffy. Room also had a cleaning agent smell. Very unpleasant. Very pungent

You could hear everything in the room, it was extremely noisy.

We stayed one night close to the airport without realizing that this hotel doesn’t have direct transportation to the airport. We still needed a taxi. Other than that that was okay

Wonderful option in an older neighborhood very close to the airport. Rooms very clean and modernized. Staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful. Breakfast available for a reasonable price, and was great. Bar in the hotel is nice but expensive. Easy walking to a number of good restaurants. Hotel has underground parking at a good price. Uber to airport is under ten euros. Highly recommend.

Quiet. Clean. Nice location. Good neighborhood restaurants, Handy to MAD. As advertised. Recommended.

One night stop over on the way to Bilbao comfy and easy walk from the Metro station. Would stay again

Very god hotel to stay near the airport

Great location close to the airport. The bed and pillows were very comfortable, the room is exactly as the pictures. Even the food at the hotel was delicious. Uber to downtown was about 25 euros which I find convenient.

Nice big bathroom and excellent internet

Hair on the walls in the bathroom. TV wouldn’t work-no cable, no apps A/C didn’t work, no air circulation

Not luxurious but a very comfortable bed and pillow and quiet environment which is perfect after a long flight. I'd gladly stay there again.

The hotel is convenient for the airport, although it doesn't offer a shuttle service. The room was clean and had a good wifi connection. A great place to stay if you need to go to the airport.

Location convenient to Madrid airport. Rooms were updated and clean. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

The bathroom and the tub are very slippery. Seems a bit unsafe. May be a problem for some people. Otherwise very good.

Friendly service, and they had our room ready early.
