Superior garden view 6th floor rooms do not correspond to the picture on the hotel website. The reality is much worse. No side curtains, only blinds.

Great stay!!!

Very nice hotel

We chose the hotel because of its proximity to the bus station on Avenida de America. What a great choice! It was an easy walk from the station and located within a relatively short distance of the Goya shopping area. The hotel is an older property that was completely renovated in 2023. The modern design completely transforms it. Our room was very roomy and hid a kitchenette behind a wall of shelving. Again, this is not necessarily a normal tourist area but fit our needs perfectly.

The rooms are ample with a functioning kitchen and city area. Beds are comfortable. Bathroom is modern. Great location at walking distance to Salamanca shopping area.

Great hotel!!! But never ask for room service, it is ridiculously pricey for the quality and portion size of their menu selection.

This hotel is our favorite when in Madrid. The rooms are very spacious and clean. I just wish that they are mindful of the towels that they provide - they are worn out and frayed. Overall, this hotel is worth staying when in Madrid.

It is in an residential area that is away from the hustle and bustle of the main attractions to not be bothered by big crowds, but also close by to transit so you can get to those areas quickly. A lot of nice restaurants and grocery stores in the vicinity. The hotel has a kitchenet, a microwave, and a fridge within the room; therefore if you want so money and buy groceries you can do that as well. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. The walls are a bit thin though, you can hear people being loud in other rooms. It was definitely worth the value of money, would stay there again.

The hotel has been recently renovated. Rooms are spacious and clean. Location is very convenient, close to dining and shopping in Madrid.
