This hotel was like staying with your favorite Bavarian auntie. The common areas were full of history about the hotel. The balcony is open for guest to sit and enjoy the views. The decor was cozy and charming and will always be part of my memories of this trip. Staff was great, breakfast was great. They also had parking.

Very cool and great location.

Easy walk from train station. Absolutely beautiful hotel with heritage decor throughout. Great location to get around and explore Fussen. Dinner in their restaurant was delicious and breakfast was served in the cutest morning room. You definitely feel like you walked into a piece of German heaven. Staff are dressed in traditional clothing too.

Great place to stay and comfortable rooms. Very limited parking

Nice hotel within walking distance to train station and just opposite the old town area in Fussen with plenty of eating options around. The room was clean and had good heating, and there were extra blankets for the cold night we spent there. Recommended!

The cutest hotel & room! Has curtains that separate the entryway/bathroom from the bedroom and that match the curtains on the windows. Beautiful, well-decorated hotel. Comfortable bed. Nice location, close to shuttle bus to the castles. Kind, helpful staff, great breakfast. Highly recommend!

The building itself is amazing, like staying in an art museum ! It was clean and quiet and walking distance to the train. My only problem was the room was very cramped, nice to look at but no place for any piece of luggage. I will learn to travel lighter I guess !!

We loved our stay at this hotel!! If you are looking for an Authentic Bavarian German hotel then this is it!! So perfectly located near shops and restaurants and 10 minutes from the castle. It was charming, lots of Character and so convenient to everything. Rooms and bathroom were very clean and staff was very hospitable. Highly recommend!! 10/10

Friendly charming hotel conveniently located

This hotel provided the most amazing old-world charm with all the modern updates. We were traveling as a family of four and the room that said it slept 4 was truly perfect as it had two single beds for our teenagers and a double for us. There was even a large pull-out couch that we didn't need. Parking was right on the side and breakfast was wonderful. Although this hotel is technically outside the old town area, you only need to cross the street to be in the restaurant and shopping district. Also, right next door is a REWE grocery store, which was nice to get snacks and drinks as we continued our road trip.

Such a lovely hotel, very unique!! Would recommend
