Breakfast was fresh and delicious and you got to experience Bavarian cuisine along with your eggs and bacon.

Hotel Hirsh was amazing. Impeccable service, wonderful dinner menu, beautiful spacious room, easy parking in a beautiful environment. All the staff was extremely helpful. We loved Fussen and will be back some day.

Nicely situated in the town of Fussen . Our room was very small, but I had expected that from the online photo. Hotel is situated beside a mall, so there was quite a bit of traffic. The one thing that really bothered me was the musty smell in the room. On the brighter side, they offered parking.

The breakfast was very nice and the hotel held our bags after check out, while we went out for the day.

This was easily one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed in. The building itself feels like something out of *The Grand Budapest Hotel*, and combined with the picturesque town and stunning alpine views from the window, it’s truly magical. The hotel is just a short and easy walk from the train station, which made arriving simple. We enjoyed both dinner and drinks at the hotel restaurant—highly recommend the trout and roast beef—and breakfast was just as delicious. The staff were warm, welcoming, and incredibly accommodating throughout our stay. We honestly didn’t want to leave. To top it all off, after visiting the third-floor roof terrace (an absolute must), we went for a nighttime walk and a cat ended up following us back to the hotel—such a small but charming moment that made the whole experience feel even more like a movie. Thank you for such a memorable stay!

Such a great stay! Had been in Munich and Berlin so this location was of course way different. Tremendous location, cute shops and restaurants. Staff so helpful. Clean, so clean, energy efficient. Parking tight but no real issues. Love this place

This is a first class hotel in the center of Fussen across the street from the old town with convenient onsite parking. Ludwig’s castles are 7 minutes by car or public bus (free with card from the hotel). There is also a nice bath center with hot pools and saunas a mile away by car. The hotel restaurant is very good and serves an excellent breakfast. We were very happy with our stay.

Loved our stay here! The hotel is on the edge of down town Fussen. Restaurants very near and a modern grocery store the other way. Parking on the property was easy and convenient. Every morning and evening we walked the town and made easy commutes to the local castles! We had a triple room and everything was great!

Great hotel in Fussen. The location is perfect with many restaurants and shops within a short walk. The castles are a very short drive away approximately 2 miles. The restaurant bar are very nice and quaint. The rooms are little on the smaller side but very well equipped and the beds were comfortable. The shower in the bathroom is a little funky but that may be more of a European thing. The orientation of the shower head is in the middle of the tub instead of at the head or foot of the tub so it's not a typical shower from US standards. It's a minor point and it would not prevent me from staying here again. I would definitely come back to Hotel Hirsch

Hotel was great. We were welcomed warmly and she gave us plenty of tip for our stay. Breakfast was worth it and we enjoyed our quick stay in Fussen.
