Everting went good and met our needs but nothing spectacular. The rooms could use a little work but nothing crazy. There was a stain on one of our decorative pillows that was a little off putting. Staff was excellent and so helpful.

No elevator

Place is great! Super close to everything definitely a touristy place and about 1 min walk from the Trevi fountain. Multiple restaurants and gelato steps away. Room was really nice and could not hear noise from busy area. Also service was incredible! Thanks again will definitely visit again :)

Very charming! The location is the absolute best!! The staff were very accommodating and extremely helpful. The smaller basic room is great gif one but very tight for two… go for the slightly bigger room or suite. We loved it!! No elevator and lots of steps but the location is worth it.

This was the perfect spot for our trip to Rome. The hotel was spotless, the beds were huge and comfortable, and the location was amazing. It felt like our own oasis hidden back behind the restaurant.. Sites and dining were all so close, I couldn't imagine a better spot to stay in Rome.

The location is the only good thing, staff was HORRIBLE!!! So rude since we came in. You can walk to most iconic monuments tho. Lost of stairs and is kinda of a maize to get to your room. Bathroom in room and overall clean. Just for the staff being this terrible tho I couldn’t stay here again.

Thank you staff of the Trevi! Our room was cleaned, new towels and refreshed daily. Breakfast was fabulous. Front desk staff so helpful! Airport departure seemless. We stay twice here and loved every minute of our stay in Rome!

Great hotel right near Trevi Fountain. We loved staying here. Room and bathroom were lovely. Comfortable bed. Staff friendly and helpful. Great location with lots of restaurants and stores close by. Walking distance to all the attractions. Would definitely stay again.

The was the absolute perfect hotel for being close to everything in the TREVI area. Could easily walk to everything.

Valentina, the front desk clerk, was unbelievable, so wonderful, helpful and genuinely caring about how our stay was from the moment we checked in until we checked out. The hotel was so close to Trevi Fountain, we walked by it every day. The restaurants around the hotel were fabulous. My wife and I highly recommend the hotel.

This was a really cute property! the staff was so kind and respectful. They arranged transportation from port to hotel and hotel to airport that arrived on time. The breakfast was good with many options and price was good. I would definitely stay again. There are no lifts or elevators for property (which is common) so pack light.

The hotel was nice, but sadly the location was not great. Yes it’s is close to the Trevi fountain but that also means it is very very busy! Not the hotels fault but something to note the only other negative we had besides the location was the smoking! The staff and restaurant patrons sit at the bench right at the front door of the hotel and smoke. When the door is open(which was most days) we could smell the smoke smell in our room :( and walking into a cloud of smoke just to get into the hotel was not ideal. The crowds also prevent taxi from coming close to the hotel unless early morning. When we were dropped it was a bit of a whirlwind trying to get to our hotel through the wall of people while rolling luggage on cobble streets. The hotel staff was amazing and helpful. The shower was fantastic! The rooms were clean and the bed was comfortable. The large windows with shutters was very pretty. The noise from the crowd and restaurant below didn’t bother us as long as we closed our bathroom door. We enjoyed our stay. It was our first time to Rome so we were not aware just how crazy busy this area was. If you like that sort of thing then it’s the perfect hotel. For us the hotel itself was PERFECT it was just those few minor things that I mentioned.

Trevi Fountain is literally a one minute walk from this hotel. Perfect location, as we walked either to or from most landmark sites! A little noisy as we were in the front just above the restaurant, but l would definitely stay again!

Very close to Trevi fountain! Area offers a variety of dining and shopping options. Great location for accessing sites such as Spanish Steps, Pantheon, and Colosseum. Staff was very responsive to requests!
