I arrived late on Monday a bank holiday. The receptionist was really friendly professional and helpful. She managed to secure me a table at a local restaurant after 21h00 in less than five minutes. Subsequently I dined at the restaurant Tuesday and Wednesday. I will need to travel to Novara for 2-3 days each month. My intention would to stay at the Hotel Cavour ( and eat in the local restaurant that was recommended to me). I travel thought Europe each week. Sadly this level of service is rarely provided. Junior suite was a great room for my adult son and me. Good size, great beds.

It’s a nice hotel close to the train station and close to the centrum, so it’s close to a lot of restaurants. The breakfast is ok and the staff are there to please you

Difficult parking. Noisy

I travelled on business and they couldn't provide an ironing service or ironing board/iron. All they have is one steam iron that wasn't available because it was being used by other guests. I don't think this hotel can be more than 2 star without this facility.

Great place to stay

Overall good stay here. It was close to family and was cleaned daily, good breakfast options and nice room. Friendly staff members too. Thanks

There was not hot water at night to take a shower and I was there during winter. Also, front desk was not knowledgeable about surroundings and when asked to stay 1 hour more in our checkout, they asked to charge 35 euros; I travel a lot and never was charge for 1 hour late checkout. Also the breakfast was mediocre.

We enjoyed our stay.

We stayed here for one night, arrived very late and while there was no evening dining in the restaurant the staff couldn't have been more welcoming and helpful in organizing a dinner reservation at a nearby restaurant, just what we needed after a long day on the road! The hotel is very comfortable, with secure underground parking and we will definitely stay there again if we are in the Piedmont region.

Great location, 1 minute walk from train station. The room was very well designed. Overall cleanness was fine. Only a few details such as the shower floor, the wall-mounted makeup mirror and the hair dryer can be improved...

The Cavour Hotel is a small hotel located very centrally opposite the the train and bus station. It is conveniently located and within walking distance to some of the local landmarks including the magnificent church. Can be a little bit noisy in the evenings if your room faces the square and the train station, but quitens down later on. On the whole a nice hotel which I would quite happily stay at again.

la literie de belle qualité, l'accès avec le parking, l'emplacement idéal. - l'accueil doit être amélioré : le personnel assis derrière l'ordinateur - qui ne se lève pas pour accueillir les clients - et qui nous indique que la chambre n'est pas prête avant 14h15 alors qu'il est mentionné 14h00 sur le dossier de réservation. Nous étions arrivées à 13h50. - la cabine de douche présente des moisissures dans les angles.

Wir waren nur für eine Nacht, aber meine Frau und und ich bereits das dritte Mal in diesem Hotel, wo wir von sehr freundlichem Personal empfangen wurden. Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit dem komfortablen Zimmer und dem reichhaltigen Frühstück.

Dieses Hotel hatte ich schon vom letzten Jahr in guter Erinnerung. Nach nur einer Nacht kann ich nicht viel Neues schreiben. Wiederkommen ist nicht ausgeschlossen.
