2nd room was clean and comfortable. Really appreciated having the heater in the room. Staff were polite and responsive to my needs.

We arrived 2am, the reception couldn't find my reservation, and he didn't speak much English. I think he was not the regular receptionist. However, he was very patient, with a little English he knows+little French I know, he gave us a room.

The staff were pleasant and spoke English. The room was comfortable with basic amenities. WiFi was fine except when Was not great when using for Viber call. Restaurant has a duck focused menu and was excellent. The do offer non-duck dishes.

Great room, very quiet, and very nice staff. The breakfast has a good variety of choice. I did not have time to try the pool but it looked nice!

If your expectations are low you will be happy with the place

Luckily, the rooms were much better than as was indicated by the facade of the hotel. A bit dated. Nothing nearby for entertainment or food. Restaurant wasn’t very good. Very friendly and helpful staff though.

Booked hotel to be close to hospital but slightly away from the airport. Found myself in horrendous traffic jams and hotel is in an industrial estate rather than the countryside as I thought. On second day there was no buffet breakfast so ate elsewhere. Restaurant is in another building and was booked out for an event Friday night - with nowhere else to eat locally except Macdonalds.

The hotel was very comfortable, the staff were very friendly and helpful. It is a long way out of Toulouse but was handy for our conference.

Only downside is the location and distance from toulouse

~We arrived after quite a long journey by car from Spain, at 13.45 nly to be told that there was nothing available to eat or drink. The poolside bar (where we had thought we could have lunch) had closed the kitchen.We had to make do in the end with a bottle of wine and a bag of chips, or else we had to get in car and drive again for 15 minutes so we were told at Reception. As a former Director of a Travel Agency I was not impressed!

Ménage de la chambre limite (poussières) Bruit incessant venant du chauffage et liseuse qui clignote malgré son arrêt. Le personnel très bien.

Chambre impeccable tout comme l'hôtel. Personnel discret et agréable.
