stayed here for a short break in Girona and left feeling quite disappointed. • Staff: The canteen and bar staff were consistently unfriendly. Each time I went to order something they looked irritated, as if serving was a bother. A smile and some basic courtesy would have made a big difference. • Room: The room itself was extremely basic. The sockets didn’t work properly, which was frustrating when I needed to charge my phone. The view was of the car park, not exactly the Spanish escape I had hoped for. • Overall feel: It all felt a bit neglected and impersonal. I don’t usually leave negative reviews, but in this case I felt let down. Girona is a beautiful city, but I wouldn’t recommend this hotel unless improvements are made.

Beautiful hotel... Very nice and well groomed.. peaceful.. rooms are very clean and tidy.

As it is attached to a golf course you would expect high standards. My room was like hostel accommodation, not a hotel . There were no sun umbrellas by the pool so everyone was looking for shade from the few trees around the pool.Staff were good and the food ok too.No safes or hairdryers in the rooms.

The hotel could use a facelift, the place is a bit dated, I had a reasonable stay, I didn’t like the idea of buffet dinner during these trying time’s but the food was good and plentiful

El hotel no es un hotel de 4 estrellas. Es más parecido a una pensión de los años 70 (al menos el mobiliario sigue siendo de esa época). La cama incomodísima, almohadas tipo sobre… todo muy antigüo y descuidado… en fin un engaño de hotel…no vale ni 40 euros la noche esa habitación.

Familiers sikkerhed burde være første-prioritet. Der manglede brandalarm på begge sove-rum. Der var alarm ude i gangene - men en brand ville betyde mindst 1 familie i tilfælde af brand ikke ville overleve pga kulilteforgiftning i søvne! Det kan ordnes med 10 Euro/værelse! Og en månedlig plan for tjek. Restaurant serverede vidunderlig velsmagende mad, fantastisk pool. Senge og hovedpuder under al kritik, men rent værelse. Træ-vinduer ikke vedligeholdt, teglsten ved vindueskarm manglede udefra - et hotel med en charme man virkelig burde reparere og vedligeholde. Jeg ville komme igen såfremt hvert værelse havde brandalarm og senge/hovedpuder ville blive fornyet.

Las instalaciones y la piscina estupendas y el desayuno buffet muy bueno, variado y a abundante. Las habitaciones e instalaciones muy antiguas y básicas no funcionaban algunas luces y las camas pequeñas

Good hotel to use as a base to explore the area. It has a wonderful pool.

Hotel anticuado, no han renovado nada desde hace muchísimos años, la habitación horrible, mal iluminada, la cama incómoda, ruidosa, las almohadas horribles, y lo peor el bañera oxidada, cortina enla bañera, muy muy anticuado, toallas de baño pequeñas y viejas. Pero además, había la celebración de una boda en la zona de la piscina delante de las habitaciones, por lo que era imposible descansar, priorizaron el negocio de la boda a la comodidad de los huéspedes, el personal se disculpaba pero no hacía nada, no pudimos dormir hasta altas horas de la madrugada, para nosotros fue un desastre, por supuesto no volveremos y no lo recomiendo, y es una pena porque es un hotel que bien gestionado y con una reforma integral sería increíble.
