Close to Brindisi Airport easy access and parking

Hotel is situated in a remoter dirty industrial estate. It claims it is close to the city and it is….if you can swim across the port. We arrived to a very not interested person at the front desk. Fair enough he was there by himself so he was everywhere including the bar. Rooms are small but ok. For the price we paid we could find really nice hotel in the city centre.

This hotel was great. It was close to the airport and the boat term8nals for cruise ships. I just want you to he aware that if your hotel orders a taxi, you will get one. Otherwise, you it is Extremely hard to find any taxis. Someone had to call 6 taxi companies before anyone responded and then they still didn't show up. My 80 year old mom and I had to hitch hike from the port.

We liked the hotel, and it is close to the city center. Only downside is it is in an industrial area.

Nice hotel but whilst the location says it’s a short distance to the centre this is over the water of which there is nowhere to cross and you need to take a taxi around to the town at a cost of around €30.

The dinner was good, the breakfast was excellent (except coldish, but tasty, scrambled eggs), the bed and room very comfortable, and the staff beyond helpful. The exercise room was well equiped and spacious.

Hotel advertised restaurant. Not open for lunch or dinner on weekend. Nearest place to eat 20 minutes away. Would NOT recommend this hotel.

Hotel was very good in most areas. However the room was advertised as having air conditioning. I could not get mine to work. The control was hidden behind the bathroom door but didn’t seem to do anything. There was a radiator in the hallway that was on 24 hours a day and very hot. Being very close to an industrial area and port there was a lot of noise outside. Despite the above it was a pleasant stay and very close to where I was working with virtually no traffic in the morning. I would stay again. The food both in the evening and at breakfast was excellent.

New property. Easy access to motorway.

Staff were very freindly! Dinner and breakfast was lovely too.

The view was beautiful, if you happen to use the stairs. I was disappointed that the hotel did not offer a terrace with a view. Such a waste. No deli / bar

Hotel staff never bothered wearing masks, except the restaurant waiter who had it pulled down below the mouth while serving food. WiFi was a nightmare, they tried to fix it but still ridiculously slow and bad connection in the rooms. This is very far from the claimed 4 stars, especially compared to other hotels in the chain. The price was laughably the only 4 star element of this experience. Seriously would consider other options.

Check in was a bit of an ordeal due to a bad mannered check in staff. The remainder of the staff were excellent and friendly. Good food in the restaurant.

Arrived late and very tired because of problems with my car rental agreement. Piero , at the front desk , help us with our luggage and took care of my check in by simply leaving our passports with him .I woke up early (0500) while my wife rested. Explained to him the problem with my rental agreement and he patiently listen. He printed my rental agreement and explained to me how to proceed with the rental agency at BDS airport. He storaged our luggage at the hotel and we went to the airport to solve our issues with the car rental . Piero is very efficient, knowledgeable ,and friendly and is definitely an asset to the hotel .ThanK you very much for your help !!

Convenient location for my trip. The hotel has a small gym. Wifi is slow and intermittent at times.

Our navigator did not recognise Best Western but did have Nettuno but the navigator took us to a spot across the bay - thanks heavens for a very kind local & Google maps. The area is rather isolated but most would have a car to see Brindisi & surrpounds. It has plenty of parking. We only spend 1 night but dinner was excellent and breakfast very nice. The room had coffee & tea making!!!

Helpful staff, great breakfast - comfy beds, quiet - reasonable cost

Good condition and clean. Had to arrive super late and reception was open and ready. Cops have a better black out

Hotel okay, I booked it because it was handy for the port, as I was leaving the next day for Greece. As it was a Sunday they announced there was no food in the hotel, so I had to take an expensive taxi ride back into town for a meal, and another ride back, instead of having a quiet evening in the hotel as I Had hoped. There is absolutely nowhere else to eat in the neighbourhood.
