The girl at the reception give a excellent service. Unfortunately I don’t have her name but she is from Vietnam That made our stray perfect

Very good- we had to leave early so could not enjoy a breakfast the next day..a shame as I expect it would have been great.

Very comfortable stay in Salamanca, which is a, very lovely city.

Staff was welcoming, the room and the hotel in general was clean and tidy. The breakfast was excellent. Free parking and walking distance to the town centre. Would happily stay in again.

One point to make is that hotel should provide a kettle for tea or coffee in the room.

Unfortunately the rooms are not at all soundproof and the people in the room next to me watched tv and chatted until 1am, keeping me awake until then. Otherwise it’s a great hotel with modern facilities and pleasant staff.

Amazing experience, lovely staff, Victor was super helpful with tips around the city. We will return for sure soon.

Excellent hamburgers in the restaurant. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Nothing fancy but great value for the price.

Nice hotel, but the rooms are not very sound proof so you can hear your neighbours tv and when they’re talking! Fortunately all went quiet at 12.30am so I got a decent nights sleep. Otherwise a pleasant stay.

we stayed here 2 nights, after driving 2 days solid from Calais, we needed a break. We found this a really relaxing hotel, well positioned on the north side of Salamanca in a relatively quiet position, though seeming to be near a main road. plenty of parking inside the boundary of the hotel. Reception was very efficient and our room was excellent value. Dinner was top notch, both in the restaurant one night and in the bar the second night. Breakfast was good too. Hotel location allows you to walk into the city centre - it took us about 25 mins and a pretty straight road (downhill on the way there)

A little bit far from the center of city.

An adequate, professionally-maintained small business hotel —perfect for group tours or small events. It has a small pool ideal for young families. You’ll be just outside historic city center in a nondescript neighborhood making it easy to get on the highway. Large supermarket across the street.

Fantastic. Staff were all friendly and very professional, from check in, restaurant to checkout. Clean - bedrooms, reception and common areas. Parking is free. You have choice to park above ground ( open air) or below the hotel (closed parking. Parking entrance is generous and easy to drive into ( none of those poles blocking entrance, or steep descents) . Doors open with censor. Location - easy to get to from highway and easy to get into town. Highly recommend the hotel.

Clean rooms. Unfortunate there was no usual amenities such as tea/coffee facilities in room or ironing board. Was not as advertised as a 4 star hotel.

We just stayed here one night and didn't have a chance to explore the area. But it seemed nice and quiet. Only 30 minutes walking distance to old town. The hotel looks new and well-maintained. The staffs (reception Ms. May..., sorry for my memory, her name is not common in North America to the restaurant's waiter, Mr. Raúl) are very courtesy and professional.
