-Room cleaned every day -Staff was friendly -Air conditioning wasn’t functioning properly When too hot you can not reset the gage for the right temperature -the hair dryer was making noise and it was dangerously hot -hygiene, I asked for new tea cup, the cleaner took my cups in bathroom washed and gave it to me. I was shocked, I don’t know what to say. -toilets bowl was clean but the back of the toilet seat yellow poo stains, hairs. And I saw they were cleaning the room and all the new bad sheets were on floor when they making look nice and tidy. -at back of the cafeteria they don’t seems like have a dishwasher, staff was washing up plates and cups a quick job. After seeing all this I don’t feel comfortable eating, or sleeping. So! I asked not to clean my room and I bought my own products to clean surfaces and toilet and bath. I bought my own bed sheet and slept on it, because my skin coming out with small spots. I gave 4 star because staff was nice and welcoming but the main points of hygiene was really missing.

We stayed here for a week. The room was clean and comfy and big. There is a small fridge in the room and air conditioning which was very much appreciated. The breakfast was first class and the staff were absolutely amazing! Any questions, any assistance they could provide, they did! I wasnt sure about the location at first, but it turned out to be a wonderful place to unwind after a long day of sightseeing. 100% would recommend

The stay was restless.‘the AC was not working in the room sadly so we barely slept. We only booked a few hours before arriving and no one informed us before or at check in. We left exhausted.

Room was spacious and cool, we really appreciated the curtains being closed. We were made to feel very welcome on booking in and suggestions were given as to where to eat. Good choice at breakfast and well presented.

We had a great stay at this hotel. The room was spotlessly clean, the location was excellent, and all of the staff were friendly and helpful throughout our visit. There is good parking available and the breakfast was ample each day. A special mention goes to Valentine, who was absolutely amazing and went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. Outstanding customer service and a real credit to the hotel. Thank you for a lovely stay - from the Coca-Cola couple 😉

Every thing was best , the staff was very cooperative and helped in every possible way in early check in also.

Excellent location and well maintained rooms. Room was spotless and spacious. Staff were very kind and helped with all of our questions and concerns. Parking was available on site, would definitely stay here again!

The staff was great, cleaning people very nice and friendly. Breakfast very nice! The people working at the breakfast room were extremely nice and friendly!! The AC didn’t work the first day but they gave us another room right away, they were very nice and polite. The hotel I’m very sorry to say but it’s not a 4 star. Carpets were stained, the bathroom sink was cracked and glued back very sloppy. The curtain at the window was dirty and had a tear . No safe box in the room. Parking was excellent !!!!. Very good location close to train station and center of town. To be fair, I want to say that when we returned some days later ( because I booked it 2 times, we were traveling around on a big loop trough the north ) The 2 nd stay the room itself was much better condition . Great people, good breakfast, excellent parking. Good location close to the lakes, Milan !!!

Nice accommodation train station is only some blocks away and 25 mins tren ride from Duomo de Milano. Nearby La Perla restaurant is really good and excellent price!

Lovely hotel in Saronno, perfect base for Milan sightseeing. 30 minutes from Malpenza and Milan on the train with a great breakfast and large rooms at an excellent price. Very friendly staff as well.

Very conveniently located to the train station and the front desk Director, Marco, goes above and beyond to make your stay enjoyable! I would/will return as needed!
