We were greeted by very professional and friendly staff. Thank you for your great service ! They also provided us with great tips about how to travel in centre city Paris and explore the wonderful and famous sights in Paris. My only recommendation is to provide more accessible features for persons with disabilities.

The property was very clean and tidy, staffes very helpful and friendly.

Very nice place to stay, close to the Eiffel Tower and to several stores and restaurants. The staff were really great and kind. The breakfast could be better and for some reason I couldn't make the heat in my room work, but it was ok.

It was a great experience overall. The receptionist was exceptionally friendly and helpful. The lounge area is small but cozy. The hotel is a 15-minute walking distance from the OECD, and close to supermarkets, restaurants, pharmacies, etc. One minor thing is that liquid soap is the only bathroom amenity provided.

We had a great time. Super nice employees very accommodating and helpful. It’s in a great location too! I would recommend to friends and family.

Tucked away on a quiet street in Passy, smallish hotel with excellent breakfast. Everything you need for a short stay in Paris.

The place didn't have heat or AC. The blow dryer didn't work. The TV remote didn't work till he changed the batteries. When I spoke to the desk attendant he said he would fix it but never did. We asked every day and he said he would look at

I had a wonderful stay. The room was great it was super clean and the staff were great.

Place was clean and quiet, I like that part !, but breakfast had very limited options.

The place is very nice, when we checked in the guy at the desk informed us that we were upgraded to a loft which the price is very expensive. We were not told ahead of time. Overall it was a good stay .

The access to Villa Nicolo Hotel is unsafe. The Hotel already has prior knowledge of the slippery conditions. I had a slip and fall accident right in front of the hotel. I reached out multiple times to the hotel management showing my doctor’s and pharmacy bills. The Hotel refused to compensate very reasonable bills (80 Dollars) asking me to reach out to my insurance. Therefore, the absolute resistance to resolve after multiple requests is not acceptable. Not taking responsibility, in addition to not curing the unsafe conditions, is beyond unacceptable. Do not risk to be injured by going to this hotel: it will ruin your stay in Paris.

A nice and clean hotel in a decent neighbourhood within a walking distance from Eiffel. Close to two subway stations, which makes it fairly easy to access almost anywhere in the city. There are also a few cafes and a couple of grocery stores within a five-minute walk. The staff were very friendly, especially Abdul at the reception and the lady who prepares the breakfast. I noticed that some other reviews had mentioned that this hotel does not have AC, but our room did have air conditioning; either there's been an upgrade recently, or the rooms are different.
